You will be PAYING FOREVER!!!!
I have paid for this app several times and they say that they allow you to download the word file, however that word file is USELESS because you cannot make any edits to it FORCING you to sign up with them again. Its so frustrating having to pay 30 dollars anytime you want to update your CV. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. you will be locked into their system and spend a small fortune any time you want / need to send your CV out.

Pathetic Customer Care
Though the templates are good the company is not very customer oriented and actually I would like you to try other websites.
I took a monthly subscription and because of Corona wasn't able to use the services as many people in the family were infected.... I think I paid for 18 months in total.
I wrote to their CEO explaining my issues and expected some empathy and understanding of the issue... I explained I have paid for so many months but not been able to use for reasons mentioned... Can you please renew my subscription for the same period(you can check that I haven't used)
I recieved a curt reply from someone down the line telling me that "they normally don't do it but as a special favour give me one month free"... Imagine a loyal customer for 18 months and this is how you respond

I had an excellent experience with VisualCV. There are multiple templates available and it’s easy to import so that you can preview your info before you choose a format. I received compliments on the design of the cv and am really happy with the final product.

They let you work on your cv and then when download comes they tell you "Oh yeah, it's not free." Would have saved a lot of time and work, if they said I wont be able to download it unless I pay.
