I placed in order for a birth certificate for my daughter on July 29th and I canceled the order the exact same day however here I sit August 18th or sorry August 13th today and I have no way of contacting them I try while I said the emails I tried phoning and they still say they told me the next day that I could not cancel my order the overcharged me like the government I got from the same day for $25 these guys charged $35 for a government fee in an additiona amount of $125 for their processing fee or something ridiculous I still have no product no answers I tried emailing numerous times phoning numerous times they didn't get back to me till the next day to tell me that I couldn't cancel it so this is just absolutely ridiculous and no customer support whatsoever I'd avoid anyone to stay away from them and do the government route much cheaper and safer
