Vitality Extracts Essential Oils Reviews 

I wrote a review on vitality’s website giving it a 1 star. They deleted my review! I didn’t write any profanity. All I said was it made my scalp worse with dandruff and made my bald spots worse. Don’t recommend using it!

Ordered from them once and now I’m automatically in a subscription which take money from me without my consistent and they don’t want to refund me despite me not wanting their product. Their customer service is a joke and don’t want to help or refund me for something I don’t want and for something their forcing me to buy from them. Take a note that I contacted them within a hour after they took my money but still they can’t refund me. WARNING DONT BUY FROM THEM IF YOU DONT WANT THEM TO STEAL YOUR MONEY WHENEVER THEY WANT AND FORCE THEIR PRODUCTS ON YOU!

Bad quality products and customer service isn’t helpful

bought over $350 of oils and only 2 of those were tolerable The smells are overpowering or smell horrid
They don't post the bad reviews, only the 5 stars
No refund only exchange
went to the garbage

I purchased a diffuser eight months ago and it has already stopped working I take care of it very well but use it daily it is in perfect condition but no longer works. The company refused to do anything about it, I will no longer order from this company as they do not hold up their end of the deal with their products.An electric unit of this type should last longer than eight months it should last years!

I ordered various products from them. Received everything I ordered on time. I had no shipping problems. No billing problems and no problems with their products.

This should actually be a ZERO star review, but the system doesn't give an option of less than one star. Vitality Extracts is a HORRIBLE company! I have a credit with them, and they will not apply it to my order. Do not order from them, they are AWFUL and UNCARING. Be warned.

All my products have been good quality and have been shipped in a reasonable amount of time. They text me great sales all the time and every order has always been complete.

The Hair Envy has caused hair loss - I actually have bald spots now. The Skin Envy dries & burns my skin. Their return policy does not allow adequate time to use long enough to be able to see if you are benefitting from the product. I am now stuck with $100 of product that is useless to me & that I would not give to someone fearing they would have the same issues or worse.

As soon as I ordered, I searched the reviews around web... 10 minutes after placing my order, email them and notify them to cancel the order. 9 hours after that, they send me an email that the order has been shipped but without sending me any tracking number. I emailed them again and wrote them that I request to cancel my order. They answered me they can't do nothing now... Ha! The only thing they want is to take your money! Definitely a scam company!

I’m a regular purchaser but I won’t be anymore after I was charged custom charges in the uk!!!!!! First time this has happened. Vitality excrement were no help whatsoever so I won’t be purchasing anything again

These oils are fake and not pure!!
That's why they can sell Frankinsece for $8.00 as opposed to $70.00
I had the oils I ordered from them checked and they are fake.

THIS SHOP IS A SCAM. Do not buy from this shop. they never deliver the items and do not respond to emails or calls. I ordered 160 worth of products that i have never received. No refund, nothing. Many people report the same. google them and read the reviews.

I have ordered here a few times and never had a problem granted it is for diffusers or accessories but liked my experience with hair envy so ordered more at the beginning of September. Order arrived on Friday - 2 months after my order was placed. Customer service is absolute rubbish, they directed me to a tracking site which told me nothing and when I tried to enquire where it was i was sent a message saying it was in customs and i would have to pay a fee to receive my order!!! i have NEVER experienced such a delay and can only assume they use second rate courier services as tracking of my order identified it left Utah then Jamaica then Hong Kong then Australia - 2 months while you sat on my money and refused to acknowledge there was a problem - COME ON! ill be making my own version of Hair Envy and at least i will know whats in it - disgraceful customer service - oh hang on , there is none.

Received my order after 30 days. Will update my review after i use the product to see if it works or no.

I ordered the skin envy bundle + hair envy back in late September which arrived last week.
However, this company has now deducted a further $119 AUD for another order I DID NOT MAKE - or authorise payment for!!
I have emailed the company and had to contact my bank and stop my credit card - which is just awesome!! :(
Wish I had read the bad reviews and comments before purchasing from this company.

I have been using Vitality Hair Envy for a few years. I love the smell, and I have seen definite results. I thankfully have not have any issues what so ever with shipment. I do the 6 pack. Checking out is very easy. If I don't want the options offered after I place my order, it's just a couple clicks of "No Thanks". I have highly recommended this product and other roll on products. I am very impressed with everything.

super bad customer service! Take forever to reply!
Be careful of the check out , very tricky website, after you check out, the website will pop out the item you just bought and confuse you like you didnt purchase successfully. I got this experience and I though I didnt buy so I click to purchase again and then I realized I actually double purchase. I right away write email to request cancel the last order, this is the only time email reply you immediately say it cant cancel it because it's already pack. Huh? I am in Singapore and it's US night time...
Be aware of the dishonest part is this, they automatically help you to do repeat order every month. I didnt make any repeat purchase function so I got one more order coming.
Very very bad experience from this Co!

I'm having issues with an order from September 9th. This company said that the delivery will take no more than 5 business days (that's why I bought the products), however, I haven't received my products and the customer service support is awful, they replied my emails with the same answer 2 times and now they are saying that the delivery will take around 4 weeks because is an international delivery when the final destination is within the US!!! I will never buy again these products!!!!

I ordered £42 worth products in March. I have not received the products yet, tracking number first showed it was shipped and after that it does not work. I emailed them several times but there was no response. It’s a scam company.
