No one answers email, chat, phone, or voice-mails. Their BOGO promo overcharged me and didn't apply special in cart like it says on their page. I won't shop with them anymore.

****Update: The grainy feel to the oils is the exact feel of mineral oil. I've never had or used a grainy essential oil.

Sadly everything I typed is missing so I'll start again. I would recommend not using this company at all. I placed my order on July 6th and received it on July 15th. It was poorly wrapped but luckily nothing was broken. In the time since I placed my order I have received 37 messages and emails from this company. That does not account for those that I have deleted every single day. My issue with this product is that none of the oils smell the way they're supposed to. I can say this with some bit of authority only because I have been involved in oils for many years at least 20 I would say, I've used or even sold product for several companies. I was with the original company Young Living whose products were so pure that most of them could be taken internally. Sadly it was the recession then too and I was not able to continue trying to sell for them. I've used Doterra oils I've used oils for many different companies and I can tell you these just are not the right oils or they've been cut with something. I'm pretty sure they've been cut with something because they don't feel right. Most companies that sell oil of any kind the oil is somewhat thick and pours slowly. This stuff is so thin that it's almost impossible to apply without losing some of it. It also doesn't have that really slick feeling that oil normally has, instead it feels almost grainy as if something else were in the oil. I've never felt an oil that felt this way. My concern is in what they might have used to cut this. Is it completely hypoallergenic, is it something that could cause me a medical problem, and similar issues. My first problem is the oil itself, my second problem is their sales tactics and the unrelenting texts and emails that come, and thirdly, I'm very very concerned that these oils do not smell right. I'm extremely familiar with what myrrh and helichrysum smell like as I've used both from another company to heal an unhealable wound on my foot about 15 years ago. I have a similar issue and wanted to heal the problem again. And by the way it is a problem that they say cannot be healed with any medication but I found this combination of oil would work back when I was working with young living. Every company who makes essential oils will change or add something in their blend mixes in order to get around any proprietary rules, and I can assure you that the other two oils that are in my package do not smell correct either. I've bought something called breathe easy or similar from several companies and it has a very distinct smell that goes across all of those companies. Most of the items in this type of oil are the same in all of the oils from all of the companies that create a breathe easy type product but these do not smell anything like they should. The other blend that I bought is supposed to be akin to Young living's thieves, but I can assure you it is not even close to the right smell, which means any aromatherapy that I would normally do with these oils is pointless because it does not smell the way it's supposed to which means it does not have either full strength of the blend of oils or they didn't use the right oils. The bottom line is that myrrh smell like myrrh etc. I've used myrrh as an oil many many times and actually still have some of my precious resin from the myrrh tree, and I can assure you whatever it is they sent me does not smell right

This was my second time ordering oils from this company. I was very happy with the first order so I ordered for a second time. I ordered three 10ml bottles of their oils and was very disappointed in their packaging. The eye dropper /stopper was broken and the cap on one the bottles was cracked and had about a third of the oil leak out. The bottles were packaged in a plastic bag and not even wrapped up and cushioned for the shipping. I’m surprised that more did not break. I notified Vitality and told them about the packaging to see if this was normal practice and said that I was NOT interested in a refund/replacement and when they answered me with their response they did not mention the packaging practices all they wanted to talk about was how since I did not enclose pictures/ videos of the broken products they could not issue replacement/refunds.
I cannot recommend this company if they continue to send glass bottles in a plastic bag without any other type of padding to prevent breakage.

What a rip off!!! Products are diluted & smaller than they appear. The only person that got it right is their graphic artist. Don’t let a pretty bottle drag you in to the garbage they peddle!! I won’t even begin to tell you how I got stabbed in the back with their so called 3 day processing policy. That story would be a short novel!!! Run, save your money!!!! Buy local & SBA.

So, my last order was $250. I called a representative, I sold deTerra so I wanted to ask regarding pricing of the same oil. Helichrysum, is an oil, I have not used. The 30ml was $37 but the spray 30ml was only 29. I asked if it was diluted. Sonya, she was lovely. We chatted about 20 minutes. Half way through, she comes back and says that the spray is NOT diluted, full strength. I order buy one, get one free at $29. I also order 6pk of Hair Envy. So I get the order, tap the dropper, after taking 'before' pictures of my age spot. Then I see the word 'blend'...immediately, I know what that means. I have a large bottle of deTerra Fractionated Coconut Oil right in front of me. I call, they want me to return the two BOGO $29 for a full credit, even though, for 20 minutes, I asked, person to person, so this exact thing did NOT HAPPEN. I am disabled, I farm 20 acres, I do not have time to package up, travel to town, pay for shipping to return an item I tried to prevent receiving, Period. No more, there are a dozen, really good Oil Manufacturers, I will spend thousands of dollars on. Elsewhere.

If I could give a zero I would. Horrible smelling product. So bad I have to scrub it off my hands. Just realized they will not refund my CC. How are they allowed to get away with this over and over.

THIS COMPANY KEPT MY MONEY EVEN THOUGH I SENT BACK THE UNSEALED PRODUCT TO THEM.

The number listed is not a phone number where you can talk to someone. My complaint is not about the products but about the customer service.

This company needs better ways to provide customer service. I’ve purchase a few times and shipping was as fast as most places in top of having to pay. I went on Amazon to try to order (since I already pay for shipping). The prices are higher and the don’t offer as much. Also, I ordered something for eyelashes and the directions warned to ‘avoid eyes’????

Terrible business. I ordered products over two weeks ago, was charged and the order has not been fulfilled. I’m filing a complaint to better business bureau.

I would suggest when trying a new company check to see if Amazon has it and order the product through them. You have more support that way.

already I can tell this is fake by looking at it. 5 ml helichrysum oil for 15$? that is 100% fake.

They charged me $15 for shipping without any prior notice, just when you get to the payment screen, which is a rip-off. I have never in my life paid $15 for shipping. It's 2024, folks, wake up! Absolutely disappointing and unacceptable

Ordered the Frankincense it didn’t smell like it at all. My sister used it all the time so I know the scent of it.

I received a bottle of oils that was broken. It smelled terrible and I did not want another. I requested a refund. The company would ONLY do a replacement. I sent several messages requesting a refund and not a replacement. From them, it would be a replacement only. I shall take my business elsewhere.

Worst, most dishonest company I've dealt with in a very long time. In short, I've been trying to cancel for 8 months by following their online procedures and still getting charged. Also had other companies say I'm being charged for stuff I didn't order that was through vitality extracts. Scammers selling personal and financial info.

Ordered on March 6, 2024 an item. Never received conformation about my order or when it would be shipped. Have sent an email to them but email was never answered. Just wondering if this is a good company to do business with.

Scammers. The code wouldn't work. The one person on the phone coudnt do anything. Kept sending to a line that wasn't being picked up. Charged me full price somehow. Product is subpar. Customer service is non exsistent. Terrible. Horrible!

Worst experience I’ve ever had!!
They signed me up for auto ship without my permission.
Charged me and shipped product to my old address.
I could not get customer service on the phone nor would they respond to my many emails.
Complete jerks and frauds! Steer clear.
