Now there is no way to call or email them in Europe. The phone is out of use and the email reports that you are not allowed this adress. So there is no way to get in touch if there are some mistakes. Like when I didn't get a product which I payed for. When I log in at their site and check my account most orders are marked as pending though some are delivered.

On the other hand it seems to work if you order only one product at a time.

It seems that there is only one person handling orders and dont give a damn about their customers. And they don't seem to update their blog entries either.

Package never arrived. Courier service they used said package had been delivered at neighbor but the town they mentioned on their website was not my town. Tried to call vitamatker couple of times but nobody answered. Emails them couple of times but their answers were very short every time they send me a name of a person who signed for the package which I don’t know. I all their e mails they never apologized for any inconvenience caused of whatever

I have been using Vitamarket couple of times and, I have never had any issues. Package arrived next day
