Good products

Good products.
But I had to find out by myself that one of the products I have ordered was in back oder. You never answer questions on your website. Why Is there difference in products on the Danish and the English website?

Products on pre-order always have a badge showing pre-order as well as it's written on the product site.
I'm sorry to hear that you have experienced us not answering your questions. We have an online Chat open 9-17 during the week and our customer e-mail; viva@vitaviva.com. We always aim to answer within 24 hours by mail and within 5 minutes by Chat.
There are different rules in different countries, why some products are sold from one site and others are not.

Delivery and free gift not received

I did not like it took a more than a month from my payment to the the delivery. I wasn’t aware that it was a so-called preorder plus I was also promised a free collagen booster with my order that I didn’t receive.
DAO was very good only I couldn’t track my order. PostNord kept coming up instead.

Haven't gotten either of my orders

Haven't gotten either of my two orders.... no updates. so odd. Used to be a great company and products are amazing. Last two years has been chaotic.

Hello Minal. Your first order is still a pre-order, and the second order you placed was on the 17th of December in the evening - this order was also sent out to you on the 18th. You should be able to see that on the tracking link.

However, due to the Christmas holiday, I believe UPS may not have been working as usual, and with the UK now outside of the EU, that will also slow the delivery time. If you wish not to keep your pre-order, you are very welcome to cancel it by sending us an email.

This was my first and last time I…

This was my first and last time I placed an order.

Starting with faulty systems during ordering, it needed contact to your support to get rid of the problem. After that, UPS was unable to place the goods as the adress was missing details. It need 3 times contacting them to get rid of this fault! Finally, UPS had all correct details but delivered the goods to someone in a collecting place in a gas station instead of deliver to my adress!

I waited 2 weeks for my package

I waited 2 weeks for my package. I was not prepared for that.
Each (!) time I tracked my order I was told that I could pick up my parcel on the 29th of May (I understood: not a day before). So maybe your have a problem in your messages, since you tell me that you have tried to deliver at my door on the 18th.

Due to Bank Holiday on the 18th, UPS tried to deliver your parcel on the 19th at your home. And it was then sent to a shop where you picked it up yesterday on the 29th of May.
