Don't Waste Your Money

Vitrex Grout Cleaner claims it "Easily removes dirt and mould from grout"
Tried it in my shower space where the grout was only mildly dirty with small spots of mould in a few places.
It did absolutely nothing. I may as well have used water.
What a waste of money and time.

Ridiculously unhelpful

I bought a VITREX 103420 Power Pro 750w wet saw from Amazon to cut large format 8mm porcelain floor tiles. The cutting disc guard is attached by a metal bracket and two screws. The two screws supplied are too short to accommodate the depth of the metal bracket. Obviously this is a safety issue. Upon calling Vitrex they refused to give any advice or information and told me to go back to Amazon. Yes, I could return the saw and order a new one however would this waste valuable time by coming with the same issue? I don't want to return it I just want advise on whether longer screws can be provided and whether this is a known issue. As a manufacturer surely it is their responsibility to give advice on the use of the machine.......
