After the payment was made the item did not arrive. I contacted the company several times via e-mail and Instragram and no contact was made. There is only an American phone number available for a company based in london.

I can’t even begin to express my support and love for this company and the product! At 67 I have just started to add supplements into my health routine. After over a year of using Vity, my long gray hair is thicker and shiny, my skin is smoother and my nails require a manicure every 2 weeks! Truly a quality product

A great product but I delivery is sometimes delayed

I have been happy with this product but don’t feel it’s working as well as it did in the beginning! With hair loss . But I’m going to carry on in the hope it will help with the re growth …
Also I couldn’t find a direct telephone number to contact you when my product didn’t arrive

Unfortunately I have to write a bad review.
The service is horrible and they ignore my emails.
I placed the order on 3rd September and still haven’t received anything! Not even an email about my order being dispatched.
On their website it says that the delivery is within 3 days in the UK!

Preferred the old version before they changed the ingredients. Wasnt working for me anymore.

Great product good flavour and vitamin content

I was just going through old photos and found the campaign pics I used when you first asked me to brand with you, I’m going to repost and talk about how much i can truly see a difference. Your collagen compound is truly helping me in my efforts to care for my skin.

I tried this product a few months ago not really expecting miracles. I have alopecia areata and was going through an “active” phase of hair fall. The first time this happened I lost 70% of my hair, horrid to say the least. But this time, although the hair fall continued it was so much less and not as obvious. My skin appears plumper and although I have infills on my nails, they are definitely needing to be done every 2/3 weeks instead of 3/4. So am I happy and would I recommend? 125%! I thought I’d try not using the product for a month to see if it was more psychological than physical and I noticed the difference very quickly… needless to say, I’m straight back on it. I’m 64 and wish I’d started this at 34. It’s definitely a product you should have. So do I believe in miracles? yes, they come in collagen shots to be taken daily and they taste fab too.

I have been having this for years and my skin looks much better than before and smooth. I would definitely recommend this product.

I love the product. It tastes great and I’m glad it’s so easy to take and already made to go. My hair and nails are so great after having my baby last year. My nails are so strong now I’m sure it’s down to this product.

Had to contact the office as I did not receive my supply as usually do . I also had email to say it had been been charged. This was during pandemic . The delivery drivers were not leaving items with next door nor were the leaving slips for collection. Sometimes they just left it by the door ! There had been reports that that crooks had been going around picking up packages some even following delivery van !!! They were very helpful and replaced the missing item plus would be taking it up with delivery company. They were prompt polite and courteous. I felt as was talking to a friend and a trust worthy one at that. And the product is great in the bargain

These little packets really pack a punch! I've been using my Vitybox for a month now and my nails are growing in stronger and my hair is too. My hair is growing faster and the area by my crown that was getting thin is filling in week by week. I am so impressed!!

Great alternative to powdered collagen! I love the small, portable packets. They are so easy for me to bring wherever I go. They mix much better than the collagen powders I have tried. I have seen so much improvement in my hair, skin, and nails. I have gotten many compliments!

I’ve been using Vitybox Vitypods for just over a month & have seen a real difference to my nails which are usually soft & flaky. My hair seems shinier and more luxuriant, so waiting to see how my skin improves this month!
