First time using them. The man we dealt with was very good - Bikram. He answered all queries very quickly and was friendly. No pressure from him and offered to alter things to exactly how we wanted them. Will definitely use Viva again.

Quick booking for customised tour
Found a tour on the easy to use site and requested some customisation. Overnight I got a response and with a bit of tweaking got it booked in less than a day. Pankaj was very helpful on the phone and answering my questions. A very easy and enjoyable experience.

Happy with the service
I felt like my needs been taken to consideration. The only small negative that sometimes I felt a bit pushed to make a decision about the flights and hotel. I was told to take my time but couple minutes later I was asked if I have made my choice. It would be good to be able to end the call. Check the information given and then go back and confirm it

We booked a multi city trip to Italy with Harsha and I am genuinely blown away how well it all went for our family. We travelled by train to each city and our hotels were located really well to each train station. We spent between 1-3days in each location and because our hotels were close to the train station it meant we had more time to do what we wanted. I cannot praise Harsha and Viva Holidays enough for planning such an unforgettable trip for our family. Harsha also listened to what we wanted and was knowledgeable enough to make recommendations. He also allowed us to amend details on multiple occasions before booking. Thank you.

Deflecting responsibility
I have had previously positive experiences with this company, however when experiencing issues whilst on holiday this week, they proved very sub-standard, non-helpful & deflected the transfer issues I was having to a sub-contractor i.e. out of their hands!!! I very nearly missed my flight home due to poor & inaccurate timing logistics.
This was incredibly stressful & turned a lovely holiday into one with a very panic stricken ending. Due to their poor customer service, I will not be risking booking a holiday with them again.

We appreciate that, having contacted our Support Desk before your return journey on 6 August to raise concerns about the transfer and your onward flight, you understandably wanted reassurance that you would be able to reach the airport in sufficient time.
As reflected in our previous correspondence with you, our team responded to your concerns before the journey, confirmed the scheduled transfer arrangements and advised you to contact us should any disruption occur. When you subsequently contacted us during the return journey to advise of the significant border delay, your concerns were also followed up by our team.
The transfer formed part of the package itinerary arranged through our supplier, with the timings allocated within the booking system. We appreciate that this explanation may not have provided the reassurance you were looking for at the time, and we are sorry if our communication gave the impression that we were seeking to pass responsibility elsewhere. That was never our intention.
We are pleased that, despite the unexpected border delays, you and your son were ultimately able to reach Dubrovnik Airport and successfully board your scheduled flight home on 6 August.
We genuinely regret the stress and anxiety caused by the journey and understand that this was not how you would have wanted to end your holiday. We also appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns. Your feedback regarding both the transfer arrangements and our communication has been noted and will be taken into consideration as part of our ongoing review of the customer experience.
