Travelling to more than one place in Italy
Bikram supplied the quote for our holiday to Tuscany and followed up so efficiently. The itinerary was amazing, giving us just the right amount of time in each of the three places we visited. Everything was clearly set out, making taking trains and finding our hotels simple. Each hotel was very different in character giving us a very varied experience. Thank you, we will definately use Viva travel again.

My husband and I have just returned from our 4 nights holiday from Chur via the Berina Express starting at Milan. Harsha from Viva Holidays handled all bookings which included a total of 4 trains across 2 countries as well as excellent accommodation. The whole booking process was made easy by Harsha, he responded to any questions I had which resulted in a smooth journey throughout our stay in Milan, Chur and finally Zurich. Hotels were nice but way out of city…
Hotels were nice but way out of city centres, I did request that they were walking distance from Rome, Florence and Venice city centres, but this was not the case, we had to take public transport for around 1/2 hour plus waiting time on bus stop. The hotel in Venice was way out, bus and tram, not just 10 minutes on tram as Viva holidays mentioned. So if you don’t mind using quite a lot of public transport then go for it, but don’t book tours very early in the morning because you might not make it and will lose the money.

As with many city-break packages, hotels may be located outside the main tourist centres in order to offer a better overall package price while still providing access by public transport.
We appreciate that transport times affected your experience, particularly when planning early tours, and we are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
