Return costs are not included even if it is there mistake.
$39,- for shipping cost is not worth the risc and they only refund 30% of the original price excl. shipping costs.
This is a fake company who is in criminal activity!!
Don't make the same mistake I did....

I ordered the Blackview BV9800 pro global first thermal... Android Phone and received another kind of phone, "X27 Plus". It looks very cheap. Like a phone for kids.

When I am trying to get back on their website, vivimine, it says the store is shutdown...
It is a scam. Don't give any credit card number to this website. It is very expansive to ship it back into their country.

I'd prefer to put Zero star for the rating because it is a scam, thieves.

I ordered a 4K 360 Degree Smart Dash Cam after seeing the elegant add, its all smoke and mirrors, they're scammers of the first order. what I received was a cheap and nasty mini dash cam. I used Paypal to pay and can't get a refund unless I return the item as received and pay for tracking @$37AU postage.
Wouldn't it be good to all get together and get these, (sorry only dreaming).

And if you sent an e´mail that they sent you the wrong item the will give you a minimum of Money back or you have to send back the Mobile Phone for 42€ from your Money !!!

Like many others ordered “The world's smallest laser projector! For chrismas party!” and got a completely other model with no USB or possibilities for programming. Will try to get my money back. DONT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!!!!

I ordered BV9800 PRO and I received a cheap crappy x27 plus phone worth less than $30 after waiting for a month! This is a scam site! Don't order from this site! Needs to be shut down by facebook! And banned by PayPal! Blackview should shut them down too for using their brand model number.

I ordered the on Dec. 1, 2019 Umidigi F2 and the Blackview 9800 they sent me 2 X27 Pro. This phones are not even for sale on the website. How is this legal? Paypal needs to shut that account and refund every purchase made. If Paypal does not I will assume Paypal is complicit in the fraud that is Vivimine.

Beware of this website it's one big scam I like everyone else ordered the bv9800 pro smartphone phone and received an x27 which you can get for about 20 or 30 pounds this phone came in a plain white box is supposed to be two-tone black you can get a two-tone pink two-tone blue but when I arrived it was just plain black I believe these phones to be counterfeit I was lucky enough to use PayPal so I have opened a dispute for the wrong phone being delivered

Once again I am another unhappy customer. Ordered a BV9800, waited a momth and was shipped a X27 plus. NOT AT ALL WHAT I ORDERED! Wish I would of found these reviews before I ordered.

Therefore I am number 8, who has an extremely good experience with this provider!
The same as my predecessors, only the cheap Chinese scrap smartphone received, no trace of Blackview - you can find this X 27 Plus- for 38.- USD on ebay !!!!
Take my advice, it´s ALL FRAUD!

I too ordered the Blackview phone and was sent a Leiga X27 piece of crap.

I bought a Blackview BV9800 phone and received an unbranded x27 Chinese phone. They had no intention to send me the correct phone. After co.plaining to PayPal I got a refund of 50 dollars. They are Scam artists with no place selling goods. Hope they get shut down and Donald trump doesn't do a trade deal with them VIVIMINE you've been warned.

SCAM alert. Ordered BV9800 and received a phone that does not even look like it is supposed to. The lens configuration is completely different and the Android version is older. No sign of any IR capability that is advertised.
