I did not receive a confirmation e-mail
for my order with details of the order and the amount paid. I don’t know how to contact you as there is no contact number on the French website. Please send me an e-mail for my order from the 13 of Jan. I still haven’t received it but I am travelling this week. Would be nice to know.

All good - second time ordering through this website, delivery to France was quick.

Very good product for my hair
No more loss, and a lot of new hair
But why the confirmation mail AND the name appearing on the payment does not say « Viviscal » ? And no spontaneous confirmation of the order
It is very confusing I thought I had ordered on a wrong website so I spent time trying to get inforlation, sending you 2 elails etc
Pkease get that fixed
And continue being very useful for pepople hair :)

I ordered and paid for 8 boxes and received 4. I sent an email complaining and nobody answered

Delivery very bad , with the package damaged

I have 0 idea what is going with administration in France but I am gobsmacked that its that bad. I ordered 3 boxes that never came. After a month of waiting, I decided to check my order section on the website and it was mentioned that it was delivered and a tracking number was provided. I contacted the delivery service and they told me this number has never been in their system. Absolutely fraudulent and to avoid at all cost. No answers to emails or queries or phone calls. If you're in France, order via FeelUnique and avoid this website at all cost.

I never got my viviscal from you. Waiting for months now. Your service is very bad!

I ordered on 3 February and now it is almost a month and I still have not received my order. I wished I had seen these reviews before placing my order. I received an email with my sales invoice but then on my viviscal online account it says I have never placed an order. Really feels that viviscal France is a fraud. I'm going to write to Church & Dwight Co. that there is a fraudulent Viviscal website in France.

Although we ordered from viviscal.fr you supplied from UK, attracting extra tax of 10.50 euro. There was no warning that this would happen.

Stuck at evri

I've placed the order on December 16th, it's been more then 3 weeks from then - I have received 0 updates on the order, no replies on my emails, no replies on my tickets and messages. This is totally unprofessional and feels like a scam! please refund my money asap!!!
