Best hair extensions in London! They look so natural and I always get so many compliments. The whole experience is lovely and everyone in staff is amazing. Special shout out to Hannah who always makes my hair look and feel incredible - thank you :-)

Feel pretty crap after my experience today - self esteem rock bottom!

I had been emailing a lovely lady called Natasha over the past month or two and had explained my previous history with alopecia and what my hair is like, length etc. She was super helpful in telling me to come in for a consultation and they will take a look at my hair to see what options there are. I explained I’ve had extensions for many years and it’s never been an issue as I have strong thick hair. At no point was this raised as a red flag to their policy.

I took the morning off for my 12pm appointment, wasn’t seen till 12.30, and was told straight away within 2 minutes of the lady seeing me that they do not treat people who have had a history of alopecia or hair loss, and didn’t even look at my hair and stood up - feeling almost ushered out.

I’m not even fussed by the fact I took half a day of holiday for this insensitive “consultation”, I’m actually pretty upset with how crap I have been made to feel and cried as I walked out into the square. Someone who is obviously self conscious and nervous to be there to be treated with very little empathy. No one looked at me or looked up from their desks to say goodbye to me as I left, or acknowledge my presence. A nice woman waiting behind me for her appointment smiled and said it’s a shame a place that prides itself on natural looking hair extensions can’t help someone that actually needs it.

I appreciate they do not specialise in hair loss, but why let let me believe you may be able to help me, email me, suggest a consultation and let me book the consultation when they have a no hair loss policy.

I ordered some tape in extensions that were meant to be dark brown colour 2 but were a chestnut brown. I sent them back and the refund was in my PayPal account the next day which was great. I think im going to order in a darker colour, its just a bit tricky to use their colour guide.

Hannah was simply brilliant. She listened to what I wanted, shared her advice with me and the finished product was amazing. She even styled my hair at the end and it just looked gorgeous.

The extensions fit by Jade have been the best i ever had . The colour matching was perfect and the quality of the hair is excellent.

I have been a customer at Vixen and Blush for almost 2 years now and I would never go anywhere else! The hair quality is amazing and a perfect colour match. There has been no damage to my natural hair, and everyone is always amazed when I say I have extensions. Hannah is the best, and I would recommend her to anyone/everyone!

As an older lady with very fine short hair Hannah knows just what to do to make me look & feel good. She is very professional & quietly gets on with the job. I am very happy to recommend her!

Back again for a new set :) The team are so lovely, I come in feeling super average and leave feeling like a Disney princess. They really take their time, hair match perfectly and it’s just the cutest girls day out. Natasha on the front desk was great at explaining the pay structure and guiding me through everything ahead of my appointment as usual. Thanks again girls xx

Been coming here for years, beautiful salon, absolutely lovely and experienced staff! Would never change and always love my results.

The girls are great at Vixen, from the initial first appointment they’re warm and welcoming.

I have very thin hair and was super worried about extensions.

The micro rings are perfect, they’re placed in all the correct places and the hair sections are amazing for ponytails and wearing down.

Vixen is by far the best and all staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Natasha at reception is extremely kind and customer focused. Thank you for making me feel more confident in my self.

This salon is amazing. All of the girls working are really welcoming and friendly and explained everything in so much detail. My appointment flew by and my stylist always made sure I had a drink.😌 It was my first time getting extensions and I love them so much! The colour match with my natural hair colour is identical!

I had my bond hair extensions put in by the amazing Han W. I have never had hair extensions before and did not know what to expect. Han made me feel so welcomed and treated my hair with such care. She colour matched amazingly and I am in love with my new hair. I feel extremely confident and have already received so many amazing compliments about my hair. Everyone at the salon was so friendly and I really enjoyed my whole experience!
