VMAN = SCAM and don't deserve even that one star
VMAN/V Magazine don’t even deserve one star. I placed an order (a pre-order) on January 23 and received a tracking number on March 10 with the status “awaiting item.” Well, it has been “awaiting item” ever since (today is March 31). No movement, no updates, nothing. But they marked my order as “fulfilled,” and that’s it.
If you try to contact them via email, no one will respond. Ever. The contacts listed on their website or SM are either no longer valid or their mailbox is full. They will ignore you on social media as well - every DM, every tagged comment, everything.
What they will do, on the other hand, is launch another magazine or another super expensive deluxe edition, and take your money, that’s for sure.
This is the worst customer experience I’ve ever had, and sadly, I'm not the only one. Had I lived in the US, I would take legal action immediately. I hope someone will. So please, no matter how much you want their magazine, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM unless you want to end up with neither your money nor the magazine.
