Contacted VM Elevators when lift required urgent works and ongoing maintenance. Simon was absolutely brilliant and managed to attend within 24hrs along with Mark and fixed everything.

Extremely knowledgeable and helpful, nothing is too much trouble and was very clear in communication throughout.

Had a great experience with VM Elevators, who came out to fix a lift in my residential property. I signed up for a maintenance contract with them and haven't looked back since, their paperwork is always very clear and I appreciate the level of their customer service, who has managed to answer any queries that have arisen. Would highly recommend their services.

I came across VM Elevators on Google whilst looking for a reliable Lift company to maintain our passenger lift in a Residential 5 storey block.

Their friendly office team took my details and I was promptly called back by their Sales Engineer, who was exceptionally knowlegeable.

A survey was conducted and after meeting their Service Manager on site – I knew immediately that this company was exceptionally professional and honest.

We are about 6 months into our Service contract and our lift is being maintained regularly by VM Elevators, we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. We have a quality service at an affordable price.

They are available for all of our enquiries – with swift follow up and we always receive worksheets in real time. I highly recommend! We now have peace of mind that our Lift is super reliable and the hands of people who truly care.

I ran the engineering at the Whittington hospital. My regular lift company kept letting me down on our p.p.m. I called v m elevators by chance and had an excellent engineer on site in less than an hour. He repaired the lift that my last company said would not run until parts came from germany. I found them professional on all levels , all engineers that came to site were polite , respectfull, helpfull and had great knowledge of our lifts and escolators. They won the contract hands down. I'm now at the Royal free and will be taking them with me. Highly recommend this company
