Most 3rd class company and Network ever...all network going to provide 5G network but Vi Legends till you not providing 4G good service...
First thing network is the biggest issue of your company..u open the service center but they can't help client about anything.. service center employees tells to client call 198 and solve ur problem then why you do this nonsense chutiya giri....

Provide best customer service and very support

REALLY UNHELPFUL. RUDE AND LOUD .JUST SAW WE CANT DO ANYTHING AND EVEN OUR SENIOR WONT BE ABLE TO HELP. SO THEN HOW CUSTOMER CARE. THEY BLOCK YOU IN YHE BEGINNING ONLY.

I am using postpaid unlimited network sim, if you are getting this then be ready to keep calling customer care in every 4 to 5 months, as their network suddenly goes to 2G speed. Everytime I need to register the complain and in 2 to 3 weeks they will solve, but if you think you can use for office purpose then don't get it often your network speed will go to 2G speed and you won't be able to do any work then. My suggestion is don't go for Vodafone.

I m oder one prepaid Vodafone sim.but they didn't give my sim and didn't refund my cash customer care support also didn't solve my solution.they avoiding.

Theft. Stole 3000 ruppees. Added to a sim card they blocked. Refused to refund or transfer to another account. Plain and simple theft. Disgusting. Customer service completely disempowered to do anything. Obviously run by people who do not care about people.

Very bad very dirty network speed just fooling public.

catastrophic and not up to date.. had an activated SIM card, wanted to recharge it now: "with international VISA card" not possible. No paypal. No working support, just a WhatsApp bot without any sense. Never again Vodafone India. At least not like that.

I will not suggest Vodafone to anyone.the baddest service they provide, didn't change my plan from postpaid to prepaid.very disappointing they just focus how to take extra money from customers.lot of unnecessary messages they sent in a single day.No help from customer care of Vodafone, just waisting of time talking to customer care.

After recharge of 24/- unlimited high speed Internet my speed was 20kbps. Vodafone sucks.

I was customer since 17yrs since 2 months no network, per day 20-25 times need to restart to get a signals - KINDLY AVAOID TAKING ANY NEW CONNECTIONS OF vodafone, 90% TOWERS DEAD .PAYMENT SMS GET 1000 TIMES BEFORE DUE DATE, BUT NO ONE BOTHER TO RESTORE YOUR NETWORK - GOING LEGAL WITH FILING DEFORMATION AGAINST VODAFONE

Very bad service. no any one response from company staff. Our number is active but outgoing facility not available due to payment due. when no payment is due. No any one including Gaurav Singh (marketing Manager) receive phone or reply to our mail.
