It's VERY VERY DISGUSTING USELESS, HOPELESS and MISGUIDING from vodafoneidea, their customercare and senior agents. Neverever believe or trust vodafoneidea or do any recharge from vi app, firstly the vi app is very very slow to open and even after opening always there is an error of everything in the app.

The vodafoneidea has a MISGUIDING, FOOLING, LYING AND CHEATING offers on vi for any recharge. For a month there was a BRIBING, FOOLISH, LYING and CHEATING spin wheel and win an iPhone FAKE and FRAUD offer. So on Monday 13/03/23 after 12:30 am a hero recharge was done on vi app, as soon as after the recharge was done there it showed an error and the message was that the issue will be resolved at 9 am in the morning. Neither there was an offer nor my account details were update even after successful recharge, as it was all stopped on the vi app. The other day the samething was reported to the vodafoneidea complaint number but MISGUIDING, MISCHIEVOUS, FOOLISH and USELESS replies from their customercare. So I mailed the same complaint via email because there was USELESS and HOPELESS reply from their customercare. So the agent called me to resolve my complaint but still no help and they demanded the screenshot of the error.

Though telling him that soon after the recharge the FRAUD and FAKE offer vanished and even my recharge details was not updated after the recharge it automatically it went back to the vi app homepage leaving an error that there's an error and it will be resolved till 9 am, this things are done on purpose by vodafoneidea. These CHEAP CHEATERS and LIARS just MISGUIDE and BRIBE their customer's by some FOOLING, LYING, USELESS and HOPELESS offers through vi app. They were just arguing for the error screenshot, though telling them after the successful recharge it automatically went to the vi app homepage and everything was lost so from where should I give them the error screenshot.

It's a VERY VERY DISGUSTING, DISSAPOINTING AND HOPELESS services from vodafoneidea there are many issues in their network too they haven't cleared the voice breaking issue, many a times their there is no 4G logo always shows E logo the internet is very very slow working on 2G, though they BOAST themselves as the fastest internet provider but nothing in action. No proper help from their complaint no.198 always MISGUIDING, MISCHIEVOUS and DISSAPPOINTING replies and plus very BORING IVR calling unnecessarily keeps on waiting for a longer time.

It's a VERY VERY DISGUSTING, DISSAPOINTING AND HOPELESS from vodafoneidea, nowadays vodafoneidea is not giving the customer's what he says, neither the network is good nor the speed plus there is a breaking of voice in between the calls.

It's VERY VERY DISGUSTING, DISSAPOINTING and HOPELESS from vodafoneidea always a FOOLING, LYING, FAKE and FRAUD offers of winning an iPhone if recharge is done only on vi app.

VODAFONE IS USELESS.

They don't even attend calls properly. They cut the call. All executives are useless and ruthless. I havent gotten a call back. I have tired calling them at least 17 times and they cut the call by saying that our senior will pick the call. RIDICULOUS.

I am very Disatisfied this network no one can response me iti s very pathetic service very worst service and this no contunous Calling my no Tele marketing its is a Spam no 8375984620 So this no kindly continuous calling my no she said the it is a loan related how to you get my noi without and reference so my no is how can take the any unknown person and this is not the way my no is very personal Unknowns calling just telemarketing why is tele marketing on my no it is a big issue from Vodafone side I will port my network and to Another network VI service Worst service in India no network coverage and no incoming service and no internet data very worst I can recommend this network this is very worst network all over cities and any area.

I m using vi sim last 12 years but last 3 years So bad experience in vi service.
No network, no vice rage , no coverage. Total money vestage in vi.

The worst Telecommunication service in India.
In spite of resolving my open complaint number Vodafone barred my outgoing calls on Tuesday (before due date) and bill due date is 9-March 23.
Also wrong email address entered by uneducated executive sitting in Andheri Vodafone stores- Mumbai 50.
Highly disappointed and frustrated with such services of vodafone and will advise all Indians not to go with Vodafone at any case who is giving false statements and promises to sell sims and business.

Very bad network No Net working no call working please close the company

Bad experience bad service not supported vi store & vi customer care fraud company I will regular visit last 4 month vi store but he was not supposed I have requested vi store again store but he was not any support very bad experience.

Vodafone is most 3rd class net work provider don't use it buy another sim.i don't recommend to buy Vodafone sim.Thank u😠

The worst employees ever, which is why I'm accusing the business directly for treating me unfairly.

I had a Vi prepaid account for a while, but the Vi gave me a credit of almost Rs 2,000, so in September I switched to a post-paid account.

I went to the Vi outlet last month to ask them to notify me if my credit limit went over so I wouldn't have to pay extra out of pocket.

They suggested I visit in February and said there was no need to pay anything more because it will be subtracted from my credit limit.

Today, February 11, when I went there, they forced me to pay the Rs 580 to switch back to pre-paid.

When I question why they didn't inform me about the extra payment made on the previous month. They blamed me for needing to be more explicit with my query and speak to another employee who can check my credit status on their PC.

I'm on a mission to post this review on all social media platforms in order to draw attention to the case and inform everyone about the circumstance.

I would rate them even lower if I could. Activated their international roaming pack for 28 days for INR 5999. The network worked okay for 6-7 days and there was no network for rest of my journey. Despite multiple chats with Vi network team it didnot work. I now have been billed INR 4000 approx saying that the 7 day plan is for that much, while they should do a prorate of the actual amount. They take no responsibility of the whole situation. Absolutely pathetic ! I get this outcome of being a ‘premium’ post paid customer for them for many many years.

Worst of worst customer service.
After trying two hours in 199, vi app, website, still i'm unable to speak with customer care person. What i always hear is the same AI options.

This is my sincere kind and gentle request to do not take connection of Vodafone internet connection at any cost because it will only bring miseries and agony .
I live in Lucknow in the heart of city and from last one year the signal strength is just 2 out of 4 .
I raised complaint probably 50 times but nothing done .
The customer support is pitiful and pathetic.
This company does not believe in ethics moral perfect customer care .
Vodafone does something dark bad unethical sinister for earning money by closing 3G service in Lucknow and giving only 4g service which is low class sub standard .
Last but not the least in New Delhi 3G did not close

My number - 9591431437,The worst company ever, after using this network from past 7 years, these people does not want the customer to hold on to them, just the matter of recharge as they do not provide even chargeable sms inspite of having balance in the account. I regret to use the Vodafone being VI. Very pathetic and worst srcice ever you I spoke to manager Ramesh from Domlur office located in Bangalore, there is no difference in manager and agent both are giving same info, there is no help to customer at all. Anyways porting to other network. Did not expect such rude response, I guess the VI do not want subscribers anymore.
