I will continue to repost these reviews until someone from Voghion takes them seriously and I hope I am helping someoneout there in a similar situation. I wrote a review below and got a response from Voghion advising to send my complaint to an email that does not exist.
The email address is seller @ voghion.com. I sent my email and it bounced back because the address couldn't be found in is unable to receive email.
If this is not the right platform, share the right platform and contacts to solve issues and not deflect them.

Be very very careful when you deal with Voghion Australia. Especially the Seller Center. I was a Seller on Voghion and I was scammed of my money. I invested a lot of capital processing online orders and didnt get my money back after the ordrrs were paid off, processed and receivedby the customer. I am quite sure I am not the only one this has happened to. I tried emailing Voghion and noone is responding back.

I ordered two dresses, same size M from Voghion. One was true to size and the other was incredibly smaller in size, more like an XS. Customer service was very rude, they wanted me to pay for return shipping when the return is clearly not my fault. I refused paying return fees because I already paid delivery fees which I already forfeited. I was asked to cut the dress in pieces and send them the video of it. It was very heart wrenching because I didn’t like to do that and all I needed was just my full refund. I don’t mind the stress of sending it back. I am never going back there
