Idea for mat practice at home anytime of the day. Easy to program and the app help to analysis data. My friend recommended the device, I love it.

Voice Caddie T9 is a high end golf gps watch. Supposedly the company’s flag ship product. I have tried numerous times to contact them regarding the watch not working properly. After the first contact, I did receive a support response - some THREE WEEKS LATER. Support told me what to do, which I tried several times, to no avail. Same problem after going thru the recommended steps several times.
Sent follow up emails requesting help to finally get the problem fixed. Been waiting a month for a response!
Obviously NO customer service or support.
