A fault caused by Microsoft changing IP ranges was fixed within 15 minutes of my call with George, who explained the cause and showed me how to resolve it quickly if it happens again. VoiceHost works well and, just as importantly, their support does too. 5★

It baffles me why TLS/SRTP isn't industry standard for SIP trunks in 2025, but VoiceHost offer it which is a big plus.
Setting up a SIP trunk with VoiceHost was relatively pain free and I was able to do it promptly today without any real issues. Having moved from another provider that had strange call routing problems, I kind of wish I found VoiceHost to begin with to be honest as put simply, it just works (and works well), with the control panel being very functional and configurable.
My only feedback would be that the pricing isn't very transparent and I find it difficult to understand the costs of setting up additional numbers & channels etc until you've set them up and have been billed for it, but the cost was low and reasonable in any case so far.
