Blurry Linkin Park hoodie

I ordered a Linkin Park hoodie from Voicerts in December as a Valentine’s gift for my husband. It was delivered on January 6. When we finally opened the package, the print quality was very poor — the words were blurry and parts of the lettering were already peeling.

There is no way this damage was caused by us. It appears the item was shipped without proper quality control.

I contacted Voicerts customer service and provided photo proof. After multiple back-and-forth emails and escalation, they refused to offer a refund or replacement, citing the return window — even though this was clearly a defective product.

They offered me a $1 or $2 coupon towards my next purchase. What a joke!!!

This experience was very disappointing. Based on the product quality and lack of customer support, I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

Phoniex was an excellent representative

My package situation was a complete nightmare. I ordered a product before Christmas for Christmas and it took forever to reach my area well past Christmas time before getting lost. I was extremely frustrated and furious but Phoniex provided excellent customer service and responded on a timely manner. I was ready to burst and leave a terrible review with how my package was handled but Phoniex was able to diffuse the situation and assure me that they would do everything in their power to deliver the next product. Watch out! Scam Alert 🚨

I saw ads on Instagram about fire Juice WRLD t-shirts, on the video and the pictures on the site the t-shirt looked high quality, so I ordered it from US to Poland. When I received my package I opened it to see the t-shirt and the quality was really poor. The t-shirt quality is cheap, the print resolution is like 240p, and the letters are partially not visible. After I wrote to their “support” all I was offered is a 5$ coupon on their site or to send it back for my own cost for 100% return COUPON ON THEIR SITE. voicerts is a complete scam, don’t order from that garbage site

Wrong item shipped

Wrong item shipped. Did not receive what I ordered. When I emailed they kept requesting photos of the package, items, and the label over and over, like I was lying. After several emails they offered a “100 percent coupon” or remake the item I originally ordered. I should have read the reviews first because now I’m afraid I will be receiving poor quality item. I’m so disappointed. I would not recommend ordering from this company at all. Save your money and time.

🚫 Extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from Voicerts.

The shirt sizes are not true to size, and the quality is noticeably poor. What should have been a simple return turned into an exhausting back-and-forth with over 10 emails. Instead of helping, the company kept offering me $3 and $12 “keep it” refunds or a “100% coupon code” (minus shipping) — all while refusing to just process a standard return and refund.

I repeatedly asked how to return the items, and still couldn’t get a clear answer. At this point, I’ve had to escalate it to my bank.

Buyers beware — if something doesn’t fit or goes wrong, you may be stuck with it. Terrible customer service.

Wow what to say about this company. They popped up on an Instagram advert, and I thought the clothes looked nice. The website is professional and the clothes looked great, with vibrant colours.

What I received was a god-awful, poor fitting, cheap Chinese knock off products. On the purchase page, it advises if you are unhappy, they will return the product no questions asked.
Absolute rubbish! They ask many quesrions, request images, call you a liar and are extremely reluctant to process a refund.

I eventually was able to get 10 dollars refunded to me after multiple emails chasing and complaining.

They are a TERRIBLE company and I would not recommend

Chinese knock offs do not buy

Chinese knock offs do not buy!
So I bought a shirt supposedly 2xl, wanted it to be baggy but comfy from a "company" in the US. US are renowned for being a bit bigger so what could possibly go wrong? The t shirt arrived from china and what I would describe as a medium to large so doesn't fit.
Emailed them 10 min after arrival and was told to ship it to Texas 😂
In the email (at your cost) could you ship it to Texas from Australia even though it arrived from a Chinese sweat shop was far too small and lacked the quality of the pictures and video. I'm guessing they want you to spend more money so you get frustrated and walk away and let them have their scam cash. Below is the instructions copied and pasted from either someone in china or a guy ordering cheap knock offs and posting from Texas . I repeat do not buy from them!

Items arrived but poor quality & printing errors. Customer service would only offer refund for return, which is fair enough but considering the waiting time for the item & the need for it as a gift, a partial refund would have been more acceptable. They said the printing error was fine because the printing error was also in the image. Again, fair enough, but just a forewarning as I don't think most of us would go into a purchase analysing the item for *errors*.
