Well they sent the circular range extender for the Amflow and it doesnt fit - I sent it back two weeks ago and have been chasing daily for a response - when you call they never answer the phone and it cuts off - its not been a great experience so far and I spent 500 euro on an extender which I do not know what is happening currently and they dont answer the phone.

Best customer service in the world.
The products are awesome. Well built, very good packaging and I got everything I need to use the extender without any problems.
I strongly recommend.

This is a game changer! easy to fit totally changes the bike no more battery anxiety.

Amazing bit of Tek I have a haibike flyon so I bought the Battery add-on that is bespoke for this bike absolutely satisfied with it don’t have to worry about my standard battery dying and being stuck on a mountain ⛰️ 😑 now I have more than enough battery power 😜👍🏻

Some months ago I gave a bad review of Volabike service following disappointment over a non functioning Volabike 480 Wh range extender for my Specialized Creo.
Previously I gave a 5 star positive review for the Volabike Mahle adapted range extender bought a couple of years ago, which is still going strong.
Recently a new member of staff who started working for the firm in January of this year (2024) responded to my WhatsApp message and has now returned the working battery assembly in good working order.
Could I suggest that anyone in a similar situation draws their problem to the company’s attention. It looks like you will get good service from now on.
The Volabike Range Extender has over double the range of Specialized equivalent, and enables me to complete long days out on the bike without having to stop every 10 miles to change battery.
The Volabike system works differently from the Specialized and both batteries have to be fully charged to start the day/week out. Both batteries then discharge together, in this case to more than double the bike’s range. The App shows the total charge left, total charge used, and individual consumption of each recorded journey.
If you want to immediately go further than that before recharge when the battery combination is exhausted you will have to switch to the Specialized range extender. As I have got one or two of those available I can probably complete a 100 mile round trip with the club like I used to (unpowered) a couple of decades ago in my sixties.
I can recommend the Volabike extender wholeheartedly.

Bought a 540Wh battery range extender from Volabike for Shimano motor Ebike. Everything goes perfect. I have doubled the range. Totally recommended. Delivery time was about 4-5 days

Products don’t work and no customer service

I've ordered the battery extender for mahle system but it seems not working somehow.
Unfortunaltely they do not provide any customer support and just ignoring my emails.
This is a nightmare to certainly avoid!

Scam! Avoid at all costs! Take your money and get in touch enough to keep you quiet but nothing ever comes and they answer no questions. 3 months post order and nothing but static. When I opened a dispute on PayPal they jumped to say they were doing it so I closed dispute but was a lie.

This company is totally incompetent, an order placed in September has still not been received despite numerous email exchanges.
They then said it was not their fault that i didn't receive my goods (value€99) and they should not have to refund me.
The saga still continues as I try to recoup my money or get my goods
