my mum ordered clothes and they gave her the wrong ones and wouldnt give her a refund then said they just gave her the most "popular"

This has to be the worst company I've ever ordered from/dealt with. I have been going back and forth with them for almost 6 months. First, the order didn't arrive and when I questioned it, the order finally arrived and it was all wrong. Not sewn properly and not even what I ordered. They tell me it's a very popular item and I should be happy with it. Well I'm NOT. I have been going back and forth by email, the last one being yesterday and they now offer me 7 credit with them. Like I would ever order from them again! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. BIG SCAMMERS.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Waited 3 months on a shirt to arrive. Get the shirt and it looks like a toddler took scissors and a hole punch to it. Would have maybe looked okay if they didn't take a hole punch to the back top around the neck. What a waste of time and money

ZERO stars if I could! Wrong item sent and they won't replace. They said "actually this item is better than the one you ordered". Unfortunately, I didn't read the reviews before ordering through an Instagram ad. It looks like a scam because the same "bait and switch" situation seems to happen to everyone

I'd give zero stars if I could. Stay clear if this site, and I understand they have lots of other sites under different names, but it is all the same bogus company. First, you will not get your order for a good 3 or 4 months. Second, when it does finally show up, it won't be what you ordered. When I complained about this I was told they were popular items that I would be happy with. Don't waste your money.

Zero stars! I ordered a shirt, they sent me the wrong shirt after 2 months of waiting. Literally the WRONG one, said something completely different. After another month they’re still trying to convince me to keep it because “it looks good”- they don’t comprehend that they sent me the wrong shirt. Please God do NOT buy from this company.

I give ZERO stars. Took 6 weeks. Product was defective in multiple ways. Been going back and forth on return/refund for a month. Very slow to respond. They want me to pay for return shipping due to, “Non quality issue.”. Total scam. Don’t order.

I ordered 3 shirts. They took over 2 months to arrive. And when they did arrive, one of the shirts had been substituted. I bought one that read 'momasauras' with picture of a mom dinosaur, and two child dinosaurs. I received one that read "V is for valentine. Vodka" with the valentine crossed out.
I reached out to them for a refund, or exchange for the proper shirt. It has now been 2 more months of dealing with them and them asking me to keep the shirt (without any sort of refund) because they say it looks to be in good shape.

I would give them a lower rating if I could. Absolutely horrendous customer service.

Ordered 4 shirts they shipped it out May 30th. It is now July 8th and i am still waiting i have written them a few emails asking about my package. They send you an automated email. I am going to inform the better business Bureau.

I order 5 shirts months ago! I received 3 correct shirts, the other two were completely wrong! One had Christmas gnomes on it! They do not answer emails quickly, and keep asking me if I'll just keep the two wrong shirts. I've said no them twice, and that I wanted the shirts I ordered or a refund. This place is a scam. Do not order from here. Save your money and take it elsewhere. 😔🙄

I would give zero stars if possible! Took 2.5 months to receive items. Only received 3 of 4 items. Only one looked like what I ordered. The same size shirts fit completely differently. Long wait time for email responses. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and won thankfully.

Ordered a dog mom shirt, received Christmas trolls shirt. Won’t give money back or ship correct order but will give me $5 gift card to keep wrong order!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! Takes 2 months to get wrong order and 11 days between email responses!!

I recieved my shirts but need to exchange some sizes.
They will not answer my emails and they give you 15 days to return.
They do not have a phone number listed so guess I'm stuck trying to sale them on fb swaps.

I placed an order 60 days ago. It finally arrived after many many emails of being told it will be there any day. It is the poorest quality sweatshirt I have ever seen. It is not actually a sweatshirt, it is so thin it should just be a tshirt. The material is not soft and looks like plastic. DO NOT ORDER from this company

I placed my order on April 11. I got a notice on May 11 that the order had shipped - I personally think a month to ship one shirt is over the top, even with the situation with Covid-19 and with no explanation or indication that there was any kind of delay. The email said that there was a tracking number, but it didn't line up with any of the shipping services.

On May 24th I contacted customer service. The site says to contact them if the tracking number was not up in 2-3 weeks and that shipping takes 7-15 days. At that point in time it had been 6 weeks. The response I got was "can you wait a few days more" and that it would be here soon. They insisted that the tracking number was correct and gave a website to track on.

On May 28th I contacted them again because the tracking number indicated "not found". The response I got was that it takes 2-5 business days from acceptance and then another 6-20 business days for delivery. (25) business days is 5 weeks.

The tracking information says the shipment was created on 4/24 and yet the package did not arrive at the sorting facility until May 12. It has now been 5 weeks from May 12 and still no shirt.

I'm not really hopeful that I will ever get my shirt, and this really seems like a scam. I should have read the reviews before I ordered.

This company is a joke. They had a 50% off coupon so I ordered 2 shirts. Right after ordering the shirts I realized that I didn’t get 50% off so I contacted the company. Not only did they never give me the 50% off after many many emails. They sent me the wrong shirt! Instead of trying to make it right they argued with me that the incorrect shirt is better than the one I ordered. Do not waste your time or money on this scammy website.

Very very bad service ordered April 24th Off Facebook and still have not received my order. They will not give me my money back and according to their half ass tracking they said it was in my town and in the same day arrived in Indiana what a SCAM. I am calling the bank and also letting Facebook know they allowed scammers to advertise on their platform.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!! Complete scam. Filed a dispute with my bank so I can get my money back.

Took a while to get but my shirts are exactly like the photo. I only gave it four stars because of the time it took to receive, other wise I would have given five
