You are a global company, Think about having a support for english speaking people on the telephone support. like dial 1 for Deutch and 2 for English. Then route the call to further sub department. It was very difficult for me to close the deal.

I do not want this apartment anymore!! (Please help me revoke/cancel it)
The entire process of applying for the apartment was so confusing. The agent just told me to upload my documents in the app after viewing if I am interested, she did not told me that I will have to agree to the contract by clicking a check-box in the app BEFORE EVEN KNOWING IF I WILL GET THE APARTEMNT! I only thought I have to click this check-box if I am interested and then if I get selected, vonovia will send me an email and a contract that I still have to sign!!
Now vonovia has sent me a contract and says it's binding without even my actual signature!! But I do not need this apartment anymore!!
I have been trying to contact their helpdesk and resolve this but It has been another nightmare!! Please help me revoke/cancel this contract!! My rental period has not started yet. This not the right way to conduct rental agreement in Germany by confusing your Clients!!
