Buy Silver only
I have purchased numerous pieces from here. Mainly in silver to see whether I liked them enough to buy in platinum. On the whole the silver pieces were fine. But the platinum ring I ordered didn't look anything like the silver equivalent. Also one of the silver rings I ordered the stones fell out at the sides.
Not a great company as far as returns go. So buy cheap from here it's really all they are good for.

Horrible company.
Tried to cancel my order within 2 hrs and was told it was too late to do so, all the while they're trying to fund out why and to find ways to change the order. When I told them there was nothing else that I wanted they said "too late its shipped", even though through tracking It was not shipped for days after the "chat" excange.
So it was delivered and I already knew I didn't want them as the earrings were to large fir my Grandaughter as it was a gift for her.
So I reached out to return them and once again they want me to exchange for something else.
I told them I wanted an RMA number to return and have not heard a word from them since.
Stay away...shady company!!!

I bought a pair of earrings from Voogmechic
I bought a pair of earrings from Voogmechic that I had custom made. They are supposed to be D color and VVSI purity grade and have virtually no sparkle in them at all compared to my 10 carat diamond bracelet which is an H color and SI purity grade. I am very disappointed. Then when I told them I was not satisfied they told me there would be a 30% restocking charge; they were overpriced at $770 so the restocking charge would be over $250. I guess I’m stuck with them but I feel really ripped off. I won’t wear them because they look so cheap so I guess I’ll take them to a pawn shop and try to find some real diamonds to have set in the gold setting.

I purchased three pieces in three different orders. All arrived early. All quality moissanite that tested positive by two different diamond testers. Two pieces were silver one was white gold.All are very well made and the silver and the gold are hefty pieces. Well packaged and excellent communication. All pieces laser inscribed on the girdle.

I felt compelled to write a review because I recently purchased 4ctw stud earrings and then I came and saw these reviews on this site! I tried to cancel my order because I did not trust my purchase! It was too late to cancel so I had to wait it out! To my amazement and shock, my earrings arrived within 7 days and they were absolutely stunning! I took them to a local jeweler who immediately tested them as moissanite! He even said they were really nice and gave off great sparkle! I had them remounted in white gold because I’m not a huge silver fan but didn’t want to purchase gold up front until I saw the stones! They look like really pretty diamonds! Great light refraction and sparkle so nice!
I owe voogmechic an apology!

Terrible quality. Looks very cheap like it came from a Christmas Cracker! Advertised as silver - it is not! Neither are they moissanite. The prongs are way too high and stick up over the stones.

Horrible experince
I received my bracelet, looked great. By the end of the day my wrist had completely broken out, I’m allergic to metal. They advertise the bracelet is sterling silver, ITS NOT. I had it checked. So I also had the stones checked They aren’t moisinite, maybe some kind of cheap look a like. These people are selling bad products and they are located not in the US either.
They didn’t want to accept the return, they kept asking me to take a “small credit” for my inconvenience.
Don’t buy from these people. So disgusted.

Terrible product, terrible customer service
I ordered two items, earrings and a pendant necklace. The earrings were fine. The pendant was not AT ALL as advertised or as shown in pictures. It had an ugly yellow hue to it. I contacted them about a return. They took forever to respond THEN they tried to insist that I choose a replacement product instead of getting my money back. I said no. They took forever to give me a label to ship the product back. The tracking number showed that they received it but I still don't have my money back. I have emailed them repeatedly, but they aren't responding. TERRIBLE company. TERRIBLE customer service.

Do not purchase through Voogmechic unless you want to overpay for worthless jewelry. They will not take returns so keep that in mind. I've been trying to return my purchase to this company ,who is based in China, for almost two weeks. Every time I ask for a return authorization they try to talk me out of it and it takes their customer service 24 hrs to respond. I am finally so frustrated that I'll probably have to eat the cost of the purchase. You can buy the same earrings etc on aliexpress for $15-$35 in silver and find the same earrings in gold for like $200 compared to their $600 price tag. This moissanite is unregulated and cheap. It's completely worthless if you ever try to resell it. DO NOT BUY!!
