Ghost

I ordered as a gift. Paid extra for fedex 3 day delivery. It’s been 6 days and nothing. Ghosted. I’ve emailed twice and no response. No tracking number. No live chat. Supposed to give it tomorrow. Very annoyed.

UPDATE: Just heard back from them, they have sent a tracking number (finally). Would not have received any info if I’d not chased them. Bought on 7th and was not posted until 12th even though I paid for extra 3 day delivery. I will be sending it back if it arrives as it is very late.

The worst customer service and allergic reaction

Bought their “clean” sunscreen. It smelled like synthetic scent and it made me break out in a red hot rash all over my face. I asked for a refund and the absolutely refused any refund or discount and it took three attempts to reach customer service. Stay away from this company. Terrible customer service experience! Seems very scammy to me. I so regret my decision to buy something from them. Waste of $60.
