In several occasions I have logged in via your app and when selecting the Trip app (VIP) it has Not recognise a transaction has been made. In June I missed the 2 transactions means a £5. Disappointing not sure what I am doing wrong😞

A complete waste of time!
voucher codes used to be good you could get a £5 gift card for every two shops of at least £5 but now they have changed it to a minimum spend of £15.
And half the time the tracking doesn't work so you have to contact customer service which is like banging your head against a wall, they ask for the same information over and over again so you send the same screenshots 10 or more time and they still say you don't qualify for the reward so they can kepp all of the commision for themselves. One more thing since i joined voucher codes i get 100's of spam emails a adya a coincidence i think not, a scam of a company who should not be allowed to operate, with abismal customer service but then that's what you get when the customer service is based in india. A very disgruntled customer but not for much longer they are other reward sites which are much better then voucher codes.
