The code did not register.
The code did not register and it took a lot of emails back and forth to Voucher codes to get it sorted out.
This in time and effort was not cost effective at all.

Use a more reliable site, they dont pay out and give you lots of incorrect info.
I made a purchase via confused.com for my car insurance and should have got a £20 gift card. It didn’t track and I contacted them, came back with some excuses that I only pressed ‘get deal’ once and I should have clicked it twice which is rubbish as the first click takes you to the confused.com website, there’s no where to press it a second time without leaving the site then they’d no doubt say it didn’t track as I left the site, loose loose situation!
Customer service were no help at all, gave a load of excuses as to the reason it didn’t track but frustratingly Ive done all my bit, they’ve no doubt got their cut for me going through them and they offer me £5 of the £20 I should have got. Why? I did my part yet I’m supposed to accept £5 instead.
Then without hearing back I made another purchase with a VIP retailer yesterday just to test and see if it worked, guess what … IT HAS NOT TRACKED. The app is ridiculous, you do as it says go via them, complete the purchase without leaving the site blah blah, it doesn’t work. What more can we do? They are getting their cuts and money from us and we aren’t getting our end of the deal. It’s a scam really, they’ve got to be aware of these constant and ongoing issues and are doing nothing about it. It’s happened to me many times, I usually just ignore it but they’ve annoyed me this time that I didn’t let it go out of principle, not that it’s got me anywhere, the customer service is terrible.
I won’t be using them from now on, not unless it’s a code with a guaranteed discount that I’ll get at the check out. No VIP or gift card after purchase offers will be taking place on my end after this, it’s not worth it, they dont keep to their side of the deal and we miss out. Took me over 3 weeks of constant emails and repeating myself, re sending screenshots for them to offer me £5, not worth my time.
So please really consider using other better and more reliable apps if you actually want a chance of getting the reward being offered as voucher codes are unreliable and unhelpful once issues arise.
