This is the worst place you could live…

This is the worst place you could live in South Miami. Do not let your student be swayed by the new building (everything is super cheap and laminated cardboard cabinets etc) Yes it’s a new building but management is irresponsible and very very unorganized. They had move in in one day so 800 people to use 3 elevators. They had us stand/wait outside in 94F heat (no shade, water or fans). Little parking and few carts. Do we had to carry our apt stuff up 8 floors, until I fatigued. If they’re so unsafe with our personal health, I can’t imagine what living here would be like. The managers didn’t care, and didn’t even know what an AED (required by law) was when I inquired as I thought two elderly people might faint so I wanted to be prepared if they went down. They could have easily navigated the situation by staggering move in over 3 days but they chose to put our health at risk. Poor poor decision management.
