It was an ok printer for a while it…

It was an ok printer for a while it never really did any good prints though and trying to fix anything on it is a waste of time you can use ender 3 parts to fix it but by the time you do actually get it working you wonder why you didn’t just buy an ender 3

Poor QC and no support, it's a scam

I received a Voxelab Aquila for Christmas and right out of the box the Y Axis stepper motor I'd burned out and the X Axis stop switch failed, the software has grammar errors and crashes constantly and the device crashes when attempting a test print. I emailed customer care December 26th and got one email December 30th and it is now Jan 9th and the support team has completely ghosted me. Do not waste your time on this cheap Chinese made garbage.

Customer service likes to walk you in circles

I bought my Aquila in January, smooth sailing till last week, contacted customer service. Twice. The first time they blocked me out so I couldn’t respond anymore, the second time they continually walk me in circles. They kept asking for a video and pictures, all of which I’ve sent multiple, all I wanted was them to fulfill the warranty on their printer that they promised.

Dissapointed in Voxelab

really disappointed that for a £150 3d printer they class the LCD as consumable (£50-70) invested unwisely in Voxelab.. guaranteed never to use them again lasted 3 months before needing a new LCD.. I have 4 Proxima 6's and they will all be replaced by Elagoo. Avoid or you will regret!

Awful printer

Awful printer. Got it earlier this year. The grey resin they sent was awful. Got it working with some decent resin, but there are pixels marking the screen, which give holes in the print, and the thing glitches about 1cm up, and shifts a layer to random position. Tried to email customer services, but email rejected. appalling
