I purchased 3 bridesmaids dresses from this company, when I received them, none of them were the right size even though I send them custom sizes. The stitching on the dresses was poor quality and 2 of the dresses were missing brooches! One of the dresses was suppose to be rose colored, but was more peach, I contacted the company right away. They asked for pictures that I sent the following morning, they then went on to tell me I would have to go get the dresses altered and that I needed to go buy brooches. I was NOT happy with this company, I could have bought dresses elsewhere that I could have had altered. Overall the dresses looked cheap, and the company refused to live up to their "100% satisfaction guarantee" they have listed on their webiste. I would say buy with EXTREME caution!!!

i was a little unsure about ordering online like that but they were very helpful the whole way through and i have no complaints now. the invitations came out perfect and match my colors almost perfectly!

I wanted something a little unusual as a wedding dress and was having no success with traditional wedding gown shops. A friend found a dress while searching on line that I fell in love with and since it was available in a huge array of colours, I decided to purchase it from Vponsale. I overestimated my measurements a little and had it adjusted by a tailor here in the US, but the measurements were spot on and I could have given my actual numbers and not had it tailored at all. I would definately use them again for any formal dress I need.

Invitations were reasonably priced and are gorgeous! Everything was quick and easy!

I would like to say thanks to the VPonsale team for a job well done on my bridesmaids dresses. The customer service was great. They worked with exact measuremnts, looked through the measuremnets i sent and asked me to recheck some things I did wrong.

overall I like the dress, customer service was nice and the were quick to respond to emails. I ordered my dress on oct 11 and got it oct 25th. The only bad thing would be I ordered the dress for my daughter, the measurments are good and the dress fits her, but she's a little on the thicker side and i just think my dress would look better on a slimmer person.

I am so happy with my wedding invitations !!! They are so beautiful. The quality is terrific they look very expensive. I spent over a month shopping for invitations and no other company even came close they were all so so expensive. Customer service was very friendly and it shipped to me in just a few days . I had 3 bridesmaids to get dresses for, I had to get a little alteration done for 2 of them, but one i had allowed bigger in case she grew before the wedding! The dresses were fantastic quality and the girls loved them. The only thing was the quality of a broach on 2 of them but we bought new broaches. So many people commented how beautiful the dresses were! The vponsale team constantly contacted me, and if my measurements didn't look right they asked me to check again, the service was fantastic, and they replied instantly. The dresses came really quickly when i finally placed the order, and delivery is free.

Five Stars ! This company was very patient with me. The quality of the paper used was much higher than I expected. They contacted me several times to make sure the Font, punctuation and Spellings were exactly correct not alot of places would have given such care to their product ! They were very professional at all times and the invitations arrived amazingly fast. I highly recommend them and they offer an incredible value. Feed back from the guests that got the invitations was quite impressive and when I shared how inexpensive they were they were astonished. I will order from them and recommend them to friends and family

I ordered wedding invitations and I was very impressed with the quick responses I received whenever I requested any changes. Once I approved the final proofs, I received the invitations within a few days! The invitations looked great and I can't believe how much I was able to get for the price! I ordered wedding invitations. I received proofs within 24 hours of placing my order. Upon approval of the proofs, my invitations arrived within a week. They looked beautiful! I would not hesitate to order from them again.

We ordered the cartoon drawn invitations for our wedding. We received an email with a prototype quickly after placing the order, we asked for them to change the eye color of the bride (they were drawn blue, but bride has brown eyes) received another email within a day with the change made. We gave the okay to print and the invites were mailed out to us within 3 days! They look great (better than the email), only recommendation is to order more than needed, since they ship from China, package appeared to be sent from a "journey" and some of our envelopes were bent. Overall, I am very happy :)

Found this site while looking for some custom made original invitations, and ordered the Hand Drawn Invites!!! After several changes on the prroofing phase (made by my requests, because invites where GREAT from the beggining) They were just like I wanted tehm to be... And the service during that phase, me being so picky! hahaha They had patience and tolerance...

Will definately recomend!!! :)
