The vps is running well,. for about one and a half year,. the price is also great,. but one day the support send me a message,that malicous messages sent out from my VPS and they delete it. . So they dont only close and give me changce to make backup from,by ftp or other way. just immediately Delete all datas..there was about 10 domains.. So My opinion is the VPSZ servers are good target for hackers,because there is good hardver for price.. but when this this thing will happen for anybody thats NO good....

Terrible support,and service!, on the renewed service when they changed from vpsz.fr to vpsz.io, I have lost all of m domains data... There is only a week for change all the settings from the old one to the new Ip, and space... and I was on holiday... So the suport does not answer at all for my questions,day by day... So this service is 0 .. more than terrible :(

3 months ago, it'd be a 5-star, I've been there for +2 years, it's been very good, used to be fast support, fast and cheap servers but good quality.
Until mid-november, something happened I don't know what my SSD VPS started to have huge (20%) packet losses and it was unusable. They said several times it was fixed, I renewed 2 times for nothing, they just don't answer anymore (time until a response is each time min. a week so my VPS expired twice before giving up (and the problem was stil NOT fixed!) and never fixed that issue that made my VPS totally unusable.

I do not recommend at all, went from so incredibly good to terrible.

I had my servers for 2 days and tried to use them and realized that the networking somehow went down. Me and my friend have tried to diagnose the errors with no avail. Their support is also terrible, it takes them about 2+ days for them to respond which leaves my project delayed for a while.

A friend has also had the same issues so I feel that this is some sort of a scam company.

I have opened a dispute on PayPal to hopefully get my money back.

Overall, I would not recommend this service at all.

The VPS services are quite good. But the support response time is horrable. I mostly have to wait around 2 days to get a response..
I hope this gets fixed.
