The Incident:
I am sharing my terrible experience with Vrindha Global and Achieve Immigration Services to warn other students and parents. I engaged their services for US overseas education and visa assistance. Their management is shockingly poor, resulting in constant delays, gross miscommunication, and completely incompetent faculty who lack the basic knowledge required to guide students effectively.
During the process, the agent, Narasimha Angalollu, collected a total sum of nearly ₹3,50,000 (3 Lakh 50 Thousand) from me after providing an offer letter. Despite taking this massive financial payment, the agency failed to provide any VISA or deliver the promised services.
Once the money was paid, Narasimha Angalollu completely stopped responding to all my phone calls and messages. He has effectively cut off all communication and ghosted me. I am currently pursuing strict legal action and filing police/cybercrime complaints against him for financial fraud and cheating.
