I had both Carlin and Benjamin assist with our Vuly trampoline and quest playgym purchases and they were both fantastic - very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We were able to get a great deal on our products and all boxes have arrived safely already to our house. We have had vuly products in the past and LOVE them

Went around to our friends for a family BBQ and was impressed by the Vuly set up they had. Kids absolutely loved it, played on it for hours giving the parents plenty of social time.
So then we decided we would order the same for a slightly early Xmas gift for the kids.
Shipping was far faster than we expected - delivered in just over a week.
Kids over the moon and are spending their time outside - the shade sail is absolutely fantastic addition.

It’s hard to come by reliable service of that quality anymore. Whilst we haven’t set up our trampoline yet we have used many friends and families Vuly’s and it’s been nothing but great experiences all round.

There was an issue with one of my boxes not arriving with the rest of them however when I reached out to vuly about it they were very responsive and helpful. They followed up a few times to make sure it was resolved. It was probably the best customer service experience I've had with a company like this, especially when there has been a problem.

The products from Vuly are 2nd to none. When we’ve had to replace a part due to wear and tear, which hasn’t been very often like 2-3 years for a safety net or mat, it has been very easy and not costly as they offer 50% off for customers who have proven they have purchased a trampoline.

Have owned the Vuly Ultra Trampoline for a few years, and it's still going strong, only have had to replace the soft ring covering as it has deteriorated after being in full sun and weather conditions for the last 4 ish years. The cost of replacement was reasonable. So impressed by the quality of the trampoline that I have recently purchased a quest 2.1 pro monkey Bar set small as well, can't wait to receive and put it together. Always good customer service and prompt delivery times!

Bought trampoline for our great granddaughter after her mum and dad bought one for their home,she loves it and loves having her friends over to jump with her at our house we jump with her which keeps us young as we are in our 70s .the process was easy and delivery was quick great company.

I have been extremely disappointed with the product and company. The very expensive playset that we bought came damaged, loud, and missing parts. The company’s warranty is they sent me a can of spray paint to cover up the spots that had rusted after 2 days! Don’t buy this set there’s others that have better customer service and better products!

From the ease of ordering and designing online, to the follow up assistance on the phone and impeccable customer service, to the super simple engineering that made it so easy to assemble, especially as a solo Mum. The equipment is designed so well and made one little boy super happy to have it added to his playground at home within a couple of hours. Thank you Vuly Play team.

Purchasing a trampoline through Vuly was a smooth experience! The website was easy to navigate and transition between the different trampolines with clear explanations of the difference and costs upfront.
When adding to cart extra discounts were offered (upgraded to a better sun shade protection for a quarter of the price). The trampoline and accessories came in 5 days via courier and set up, although it seemed daunting with so many boxes, was straight forward. My marriage is still in tact after set up and the kids are bouncing happily on their Ultra 2 trampoline, offering many hours entertainment whilst I sit with a beverage, so it’s a win for me!
Will recommend to others for sure.
