Ben at Vuly is the man

We took our Thunder trampoline from Sydney to the UK last year. Now a spring has broken.
We have just found out that, shockingly, Vuly has made a decision to sever all contracts with their UK resellers of spare parts.
Vuly Customer Service has instead offered to ship to us some spare springs for the Thunder from Australia to the UK. They have also confirmed that we would have to pay an additional $658 shipping fee!
To make matters worse, Vuly is right now or will be very soon shipping new trampolines and spare parts from China to the UK, where they are opening a new store.
However, they have also decided that NO spare parts for any other previous Vuly trampoline designs will be included in those upcoming shipping trips. Hence no spare parts for the Thunder or the Thunder Pro will be available for purchase in the UK.
This effectively means that if anything goes wrong with your Vuly trampoline here in the UK that trampoline will be impossible to repair.
We have not one but two Vuly trampolines: a Thunder bought in Sydney in 2021 and a Thunder Pro bought in Perth a few years earlier.
What does Vuly suggest we do with them now?
This is absolutely not the right way to treat your customers Vuly!

This is hands down the most unprofessional, incompetent group we’ve ever dealt with. We bought a swingset from Vuly, who contracted the installer, and they’ve done absolutely nothing to fix the disaster. The so-called “professional” showed up clueless, dumped hundreds of parts all over our yard, and cobbled it together in a way that was flat-out unsafe. No cleanup, trash everywhere, and despite coming back six different times it’s still not right.

On top of the terrible service, the quality of the playset itself is absolute trash. Pieces were scratched right away, are already rusting, and it’s clear the product is built cheap. The boxes they promised to haul away are still sitting there, and the icing on the cake was someone showing up at my daughter’s house and yelling at her — completely unacceptable.

Avoid Vuly and their contractors at all costs. The product is junk, the service is worse, and the way they treat customers is beyond disrespectful.

Fantastic service, prompt delivery with helpful notifications. We have purchased the Vuly medium monkey bar set a couple years ago now, highly durable, hours of fine play. Loved it so much we have just purchased the Large Flare trampoline, will update once received and setup

Went around to our friends for a family BBQ and was impressed by the Vuly set up they had. Kids absolutely loved it, played on it for hours giving the parents plenty of social time.
So then we decided we would order the same for a slightly early Xmas gift for the kids.
Shipping was far faster than we expected - delivered in just over a week.
Kids over the moon and are spending their time outside - the shade sail is absolutely fantastic addition.

Very happy with the service received and excited to gift my daughter her trampoline. A special thank you to Sarah who went above and beyond to help me over the course of a few weeks to secure the best deal and product for our needs. It’s hard to come by reliable service of that quality anymore. Whilst we haven’t set up our trampoline yet we have used many friends and families Vuly’s and it’s been nothing but great experiences all round.

I called to confirm the features of my accessories that fit my trampoline and Elias Laradi was a such a big help. He was a great communicator and provided me quick assistance.

I have had my Vuly trampoline for many years now and our kids loved it! After calling and speaking to Bethany to order a new net (the previous one lasted many years), she was extremely friendly and responsive and got the job done for me with ease. Great service for a great product :-)

There was an issue with one of my boxes not arriving with the rest of them however when I reached out to vuly about it they were very responsive and helpful. They followed up a few times to make sure it was resolved. It was probably the best customer service experience I've had with a company like this, especially when there has been a problem.
