Clothes feel cheap but customer service is great
I would give the pants I ordered a two star rating or lower, because they were too long, very scratchy and felt a bit cheap in quality for the price. The customer service however would receive a 4-5 star rating because they were very helpful. They respond within a day and answer all questions while being very polite. They were kind enough to make a compromise about my return since the shipping fee would have cost me a lot, which I really appreciate. Thank you Sindra for your help!
