VWFS Rent-a-Car - Colindale Reviews

Tip top professional service from Mo and the young gentleman that attended to me today and on pick up of my people carrier hire. Courtesy and warmth combined. Fab cars too. Thanks guys

I have been renting from VWFS Rent-a-Car - Colindale for about 2 years.
The service has been amazing and staffs are very helpful.

Best park I like about renting here is, the cars they give are almost brand new. This time i got a brand new Transporter with moon roof.. absolutly amazing and loved driving it.

We went to the EU from the UK. totalled to about 1100 miles in 4 days.. drive was never tiring..

Amazing service, 100% recommend ..

Had great experience with the service and staff are amazing. Mr Mo was very helpful

Easy pick up and drop off.

Mohsin, The Rental Specialist has been amazing, have used him twice now and really impressed with his easy going proffesional manner, An asset the Company

Great service from start to finish and superb value for money.

I drive a VW so I was delighted that I could choose a car with which I would be familiar. The booking system is much easier to use and clearer than your standard car rental website in terms of costs and extras. Before collection day, they sent me emails reminding me of the documents that I needed to bring. On collection day and on return day, Mohsin was quick, courteous and friendly.

It’s great to know that this service exists as a much more effective alternative to your standard car rental service.

Great cars, great service and highly recommended

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had a great experience renting a car! The whole process was smooth, quick, and hassle-free. The car was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable to drive. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the rental process.

Everything went exactly as expected, with no hidden surprises. I would definitely recommend this car rental service to anyone looking for a reliable and stress-free experience. I’ll happily use them again!

Excellent customer service and brand new vehicle what more one can ask.

Hassle free check in and check out, kudos to Mo ...well done 👍

It was a very good service and the team is always ready to help. The vehicles are nice and good value of price. Will recommend to anyone this rental company.

Excellent experience from start to finish. The booking process was straightforward despite being relatively last minute. The car was also clean and well maintained. Pick-up and return were quick and hassle-free. Overall, the service was smooth and reliable!

It was an absolote pleasure renting from you. Everything was so splendidly perfect!

Booked a van for a day and everything went well. Mohsin was very helpful. Fully satisfied with the service

Truly a wonderful experience. Very professional, very smooth and efficient check in and check out, and highly specced vehicle in excellent condition at an excellent deal of a price. I enjoyed my 2 week rental really very much. This hire company will now be my 1st port of call next time i need a rental. Well done Mo and Gary

Always happy to rent from this company. Mo also brought excellent service. well done!

Great service - highly competitive price (roughly half of the big rental agencies), very responsive, kind service, no surprises on pickup or return. The rep who helped us (Mo) showed extreme flexibility and great generosity when he gave us the car four days prior to our booking date with no extra cost - just because it was available. Very laid back service - an easy 5 stars.

The rental assistant was great, very helpful, professional and just GOOD.

Everything was made easy from my initial booking, to being contacted by Mohsin to remind me about collection and to finally picking up the van. Mohsin, quickly sorted out the paperwork & then familiarised me with the vehicle and about returning it. The van itself was pristine and very easy to drive and operate - so all round a great experience.

Mo was very helpful and easy to liaise with
