Nightmare to return an item.

I originally made a good review but am trying to get a RA # and is almost impossible to get one. 5 emails later and I still do not have one. I would never order from them again. I am trying to return a few items from 1 order. Should have read the reviews before using them. If I don't hear back from them soon I will be disputing the charge.

If I could rate below a 1 star I would. Do not purchase from them! I ordered a dress which I loved. Received it 3 weeks later and looked like a moo moo on me. Their Size chart is obviously wrong. I sent customer service an email and they would only refund 16$ for a 50$ dress I can't wear. They would not exchange, so after 4 emails later and no refund. They are rip offs as far as I'm concerned. Still waiting for refund...pass it down ladies, do not buy from this company

I cannot give ZERO stars!

I gave one star, because I could not give zero. The items arrived, but they were too small for my mother, even though we purchased the correct size as outlined in the size chart. I have been almost 4 weeks trying to get a return address to ship the items back. This company has offered me USD to KEEP the garments, but the money offered is not even half of what I paid for them. DO NOT BUY from these people. It has been an absolute nightmare! There have been 4 or 5 email conversations between us, but the issue has still not been resolved. They REFUSE to give me the details to return my items!
