The service I received from West 4 plumbing, and Alfie was excellent. My hot water cylinder was replaced with minimum fuss, beautiful pipe work and no mess. They arrived promptly, and cleaned up afterwards.
I can’t recommend this company highly enough.

Facing a disaster at 3pm on a Friday, tenants due back with no bathroom cabinet sink tap. Called West 4 who had a guy here by 3.30.

By 5 o’clock the job was complete to a great standard. Friendly polite clearly very skilled and a very reasonable price.

Amazing company. I would highly recommend Archie in West 4 plumbing. He came immediately, gave me a written estimate and carried out work with such efficiency and skill. He is also very trustworthy. He fixed my Megaflo by replacing the combination valve and finally I have decent shower pressure! Highly recommended.

Brilliant experience with Alfie and Claudio, servicing my boiler, installing water filter in my kitchen and changing bathroom basin tap. Both very professional and experienced. I had a brilliant experience with West 4 Plumbing & Heating and highly recommend Alfie and his team. Alfie came at very short notice to assess our broken boiler and then installed a new one, and upgraded our very old system, including installing a Nest theromostat in a day and a half. We have recently renovated a 6 bedroom family home in Grove Park W4, and moved into a house in Hammersmith W6.
The full renovation was completed by the West 4 Plumbing and Heating team. Alfie leads them well and the boys work hard. They cared about the little things that make a difference in the long run, such as pressure in the top rooms.
I loved how they were so particular and neat with regards to the pipe work and the boiler fitting.
In Hammersmith, the team have been continuously looking after and repairing a heating and hot water system that was installed so badly by the original builders. But West4 guys never fail to fix it(even on Christmas Eve!)
