I should have checked these reviews before buying this sham company. I bought a drawing tablet from them and paid over £500. The pen buttons snapped in just a few months. The customer service spe... See more

Worst customer service…
One of the worst customer service departments I have ever dealt with when making a large purchase, and that is SAD! They are slow to respond, outdated in there methods, and overall give you the feel that they just don't care about (Just your money)....
Avoid entirely. Use a retailer.
Ordered a Cintiq 2 weeks ago with no warnings on site of ongoing issues then immediately recieved an email saying they essentially don't have a working logistics partner. I'm now being refused a refund and told to 'wait a little longer' for news on delivery.
Order not arrived
Order placed on Saturday 12.03.2022. Dispatched from Singapore via Express Delivery (3 Days or earlier Delivery). Product did not arrive on 18.03.2022. Status since then "Estimated Delivery currently not available." Wacom Support does not respond since 16.03.2022. On their Policies they claim to take no responsibilities regarding shipping (they only take the money).
I'm amazed at how Wacom can be the best…
I'm amazed at how Wacom can be the best hardware yet just the most frustratingly S**T software to use "oh look another update, well whaddya know know my pen button/pen pressure/eraser isn't working, oh well support said i must just have to uninstall and reinstall everything so i gues....oh that didn't work, great"
Huion is honestly creeping up on them so close because they can be so much less irritating to use
False advertising promising 3…
False advertising promising 3 softwares, but actually there are just trials.
Not to mention the complicated installation and various bugs with apps..
I used to have a Wacom Intous 3 board
I used to have a Wacom Intous 3 board. It worked for years and I could have it in my lap and the pen lasted for a long time. The new Intous Pro is thin and extremely sensitive. I cannot us it as before. Do not dare to transport it. I can only have it on the table. I have to change the pen tip very often, otherwise the lines start to fail. Exstremely dissapointed this time.
Intentionally misleading adversiting
I just bought an Intuos medium tablet which was advertised to come with "3 bonus software". Only after purchasing and installing did I discover that for all but one of these, they are only 90day trials. When I contacted their customer support I was told "it's in the terms and conditions" which I'm apparently supposed to read in full before even purchasing. The only indication on the packaging is fine print which says "Software license valid for a limited time" which I took to mean you must activate within a limited time of purchase/registration. Nowhere in advertising or packaging does it use the word "trial". Very obviously an intentional attempt to be misleading. The actual tablet is great, sadly this company lacks a lot in honesty.
Awful
Awful, awful experience. Tried to connect the device to a laptop and a computer and it is impossible and unusable.. waste of money, do not buy from them!
Worst experience ever!
I recieved a broken cintiq from Wacom. Three weeks of fighting for my right for a replacement where the requirements for said right escalated to copy of drivers licence (which I don't have) and utility bills. Constantly contacting the support, sometimes to get another support member to get the former one to reply to me. Going to standard copy-paste replies. Three weeks of fighting before at last I gave ud and demanded a return-label to return their broken things and give me my money back. At last I succeded, I sent the cintiq back. UPS could tell me, the package was recieved last week, but I got nothing from Wacom on it. Another week later and they finally let me know, they have recieved it and is transfering the money back to me.
Good For A Year
Just like every other product like Adobe, Apple, etc, good for a year max with regular use. These products are garbage. My tablet pen split at the base and started skipping lines while drawing after a year. But be sure to get the newest model. Yeah right.
Dreadful company with dreadful customer…
Dreadful company with dreadful customer services. I am having to resort to the small claims court for money owed by them to me since June.
Faulty products and terrible support. I will never buy from Wacom again.
I was shipped a Wacom Mobile Studio Pro that was faulty, but was unable to send it back due to lock down restrictions. Support has told me that it will cost nearly what I paid for the device to have it fixed outside of the warranty period.
I will be trying to have it repaired elsewhere, and will never buy from Wacom again.
Worst company on the planet
Absolutely pathetic company and non-existent support
Multiple emails to support department over various issues that should be very simple to resolve and EVERY time just fobbed off with excuses. Extremely unreliable products, have had numerous Cintiq tablets fail and Wacam always attempt to rip you off with extortionate repair charges when things happen just weeks out of warranty. Pathetic company, will never deal with them again.
LOVED my coustmer service guy
LOVED my coustmer service guy! He was really honest and even helped me get a student discount! 10/10
They shipped wacom cintiq pro 32 in really bad condition.
I have a wacom cintiq pro 32, I had some pen touch issue (not working), so I sent it to them. When it arrived today. It is missing a few things and my wacom is damaged here and there in the corner, they just put it in some random box and shipped it, that's the only thing I can think of. I spent years saving money for it, I do part time cuz I'm a student. Man it's really really heart breaking. I don't know what to do. Send them the details, they said they are on it.. Dunno what gon happen. My head hurts
Sometimes the driver is off and…
Sometimes the driver is off and requires to be manually started. Pen tip doesn't touch the board still the ink comes on screen. I bought it for two years look like they do not plan to fix it. Very unhelpful customer service who tried to explain to me that the behavior is normal.
Awful, awful website. Checkout broken.
Really, really dreadfully designed and operated UK website. Checkout is faulty, said my order hadn't gone through (and order doesn't show up on account) but took money from my account anyway. In the meantime I'd ordered the same device from Amazon, for twenty pounds less. Customer service well meaning but sketchy, and in response to my cancellation request, I had an email telling me sales had advised that I should just 'send it back' when I recieved the tablet - and they'd process the refund when it arrived... in Germany!! Get your stuff sorted Wacom, this is TERRIBLE service and UX.
from…
I talked to someone named Luis S from costumer service and he was very nice and extremely helpful! I had an issue with sending the verification email when i logged in and he fixed in 3 minutes! thanks again :)
Seems good, but check the details of warranty.
OK, the 3 stars is an amalgam of the product and the service. If it was just the product I would give it 4 stars.
I bought a Cintiq 27QHD, which was great to start with, but every driver upgrade brought several issues, that customer service/tech support never really addresses.
Several times my Cintiq simply wasn't usable, and the warranty seemed to indicate that the only option I had was to send the machine back at my expense to be repaired for several weeks, or do a swap with a old display model they said was refurbished. Either way was pretty dire as I was working constantly on pieces and the idea that I had to pay several hundred euros to get it back to then not be able to work was not an option.
Luckily I finally got the thing stabilised to my needs and have my fingers crossed it will stay good for a few years yet.
