Dont support their "older" $300 tablets?? That means they can no longer connect to your mac, drivers old or new do not work.
Really despicable.
I really regret the money spent on Wacom
I really regret the money spent on Wacom. It was my second wacom computer and second wasting of money - Companion 2 and MSP stoped working after 1 year of use. Very poor service maintenance - repair center only in Germany- and it’s really bad, because i must spend a LOT of money on shipping and custom fees. Why I should pay this money, if you guys can’t support service in each country you sell your products?? My 5000$ have been wasted pointlessly... i can only chop vegetables on both of my Wacoms today !
I must buy a new computer again now and I’ll never ever buy wacom products anymore. Huion and XP-Pen have much better service and displays are much cheaper. Thank u Wacom for quality of ur products.
overpriced products and terrible drivers
awful products (PTH651) and even more…
awful products (PTH651) and even more awful support!!!
don't buy this crap.
The update's are a disaster. They do not work together with Adobe.
WACOM=SCAM
SCAM SCAM SCAM
AWFUL!
AWFUL!
Fu*k this company and their software. After every single driver's update something doesn't work propeperly.
Every day I must restart my mac because at one moment the wacom tablet start react different on gestures (it's zooming instead of scrooling), doesn't connect to laptop, etc.
Horrible experience, the worst.
Total rubbish
Total rubbish. Don't buy a wacom product unless you have doctorate in software engineering.
The Most Expensive Paperweight Money Can Buy
I ordered a Wacom Mobile Studio Pro 13 ~3 months ago, and it just stopped turning on one day. Just *poof*, stopped working entirely. Want a working tablet? Nope! You only get a black screen. I hadn’t dropped it, hadn’t gotten it wet- nothing. It just decided to up and quit. So I called Wacom support in the naïve hope that they’d be helpful but guess what? This is the response I got. Despite buying this product DIRECTLY from Wacom only 3 months ago, they said the repairs would be non warranty and that I’d basically have to pay almost the entire cost of another tablet ($1451.25 to be exact) for “non warranty repairs”. Since their return policy is only a month, I was out of luck to just return the thing, too.
Not to be too dramatic but I’m not really sure how this isn’t some kind of robbery. I used to really love and have a lot of faith in Wacom’s products, but I’m going to warn everyone away from them as best I can after this incident. If you’re dead set on getting one of their products do it through Amazon or a third party that actually has decent return policies and customer service. Cause I ordered a tablet. And all I’ve got now is just a really expensive paperweight that I saved up a whole year for.
Wacom used to be good
I worked for 10+ years with the awesome Intuos 3, but I had to upgrade to their Intuos Pro series for a Windows compatibility.
The stylus tip died after 2 weeks of work (around 100 hours), I had to replace it.
And this is apparently the way it works now, replacing stylus tips every 2 or 3 weeks, great design Wacom!
My Intuos 3 stylus was used and abused for over 10years and it is still in PERFECT shape and condition.
I'm not even going to talk about the terrible drivers, the random wireless feature, the sandpaper texture on the drawing area, and their DESPICABLE customer support that refused to help me setup my old Intuos 3 on Win10 (they basically told me to upgrade to Intuos Pro, not showing the slightest concern about my problem).
So yeah I don't pay for planned obsolescence, I don't support mediocre "professional" stuff, I'm back on Win7 with my old Intuos 3 for the best.
Do not buy from Wacom, really usless firm
I ordered a tablet, was told some days latter the order had failed. Told redo it, so I did via Wex who had no problems.
Next Wacom send the tablet, even though I had e-mailed to get them to ensure the order had been cancelled.
They sent a return label and it got back to them 28th May, no refund as yet all I get told is "the contents of the box will be checked. After this step is complete, we will issue the refund in the next 15 to 20 days" This is over a week and nothing has happened.
The mess is entirely due to them and they refuse to repay the money wrongly taken for an order they said didn't exist.
nightmare to deal with.
New products seem horrible, quality control out of window. I've been a customer for 12+ years.
I pre-ordered wacom cintiq pro 16 a year and half ago with 3 year warranty. USBC sucks. But I got used to it and I liked it.
Then over a month ago trouble begun.
Display sensors begun deteriorating to the point where I couldn't use the tablet anymore.
I contacted support and after sending all information, ID, proof of purchase, pictures, videos, even a utility bill they agreed to send me refurbished one. It arrived fast, broken.
There's a loud buzzing rusty noise coming from it, upon restart the touch buttons stop working, pen stops working, it draws in hovermode without pen pressure, tablet lags when turned on sometimes... basically a nightmare.
Customer support begun ignoring me, I called every few days and previous "agent" would disappear and new one would give useless advice. A month later I still do not have a working product. It's unacceptable for someone who uses the product for their job, to make a living.
They continued to drag things out on purpose, as if they're attempting to make me give up. I live in EU and I purchased the product with a warranty... I did not agree to get a piece of used broken junk as replacement in case the tablet broke down.
I contacted company I purchased it from and they gracefully agreed to attempt to repair my original or replace it with new one in the event it cannot be mended.
I will ship the refurbished broken replacement back to them. I feel only sorry for whoever receives it next.
My next tablet will not be from wacom. I didn't spend so much money to be scammed and cheated. I will give huion tablet a chance. Wacom isn't what it used to be.
Don’t do bussiness with this company!!
Extremly difficult to set it up. No proper instructions and they try to sell you very expensive software. The information about the software is limited so it’s a guessing game choosing. There’s no refund if you change your mind. I contacted the after 30min and they still wouldn’t cancel my purchase. The software was completly useless so Don’t do the same misstake as me. I’m sending my wacom cintiq 16 back tomorrow. They are not getting that money from my anyways.
horrible
horrible, I brought MSP (mobile studio Pro) around 2 years ago. and It broke about 1 year and 11 month. And Wacom charged me 1350 USD for repair. Horrible! Noise, heat and poor quality!
I bought Wacom Mobile Studio Pro 16"…
I bought Wacom Mobile Studio Pro 16" which cost 3000 usd.
They gave me broken one, They asked me to send it back.
I did and they gave me the one that has no camera installed [no fron't and back camera] which spent like 3-4 months to do so
Then they asked it back again took 2-3 months
I got it back and this time the buttons on tablet are not working at all and it froze time to time and seems that the connector inside this thing isn't properly connected so they asked to send it back again
and I did it again ,this time I told them to test it properly and they took their time this time and it ran out of warranty when they send it back and what do you know? They sent me the one I sent them, same marker, same broken stuffs and here's when I talked to them.
Thank you for your patience.
We have obtained the warranty information and unfortunately, it has expired and we can no longer cover the repair or exchange.
If you wish to proceed in sending the device for evaluation, please let me know and I will prepare the quotation for you.

Basically, They will give you broken product and will waste your precious warranty time until it's expire for maximum profit.
It has 4K screen without have power to run on 4k so I had to work with 1080p the whole time, you can check that on any of my video at work, it has no camera though it's tablet PC, any buttons on devices aren't working.
These are number of cases I had a problem with them

They're scammer and they should go extinct.
My worst experience
It's my worst experience with a computer! Excuse me, W A C O M are you completely crazy or what?? Why this insane price for Mobile Studio Pro if it cannot handle even editing the lightest photos in Photoshop?? It's incredibly slow and reacts on clicks or any other action with a huge delay. Every freaking time! Too weak computer for being so expensive. It's not only my opinion. I personally know lots of people who said that this model is a true disappointment. At least, W A C O M, be honest with your customers! It's stealing what you do... Inappropriate way of doing business!
Just like the Adobe website
Just like the Adobe website, more concerned with selling you their latest crap rather then giving easy and clear links to support.
Horrible
Horrible: I bought the tablet several years ago and I just tried to set it up now. I had no idea what the heck a set up wizard was, and the website didn’t tell you. The registration process was HORRID. I tried to register my product for two- three hours and Wacom kept saying my product didn’t exist. Customer service was horrible as well. This company/product is a piece of poop and you should’nt buy one unless you want to waste $100-$2000 on a broken piece of crap that doesn’t work even when it’s brand new.
What an awful company and what poorly…
What an awful company and what poorly made products!
I am still in shock. After having used Wacom products for many years and mostly to great satisfaction, I recently started having massive problems with all my four Wacom Intous Pro tablets!
Nothing - and I mean NOTHING - works! Drivers are poorly written and it is impossible establishing a connection with the tablets for more that a minute or two at a time - regardless of which of my four tablets and three Macs I am using.
The Wacom "support" is both rude and to no help what-so-ever, categorically denying to take responsibility for the problems, they themselves have created.
I am now looking for alternative products and I shall never again buy or use a Wacom product!
wacom is not what it used to be.
been using wacom since 2004 and service was ok back then. My last purchased was 2 years ago, a companion 2, after 2 years usage one of the chip was fried said wacom service centre in jakarta. My graphs tablet has been sitting in Datascript service centre for 6 weeks now. Sorry to say Wacom is not it used to be.
Received money but no goods!!
My son paid for a £730 tablet from Wacom for his sister as a Christmas present in November 2018.
Despite daily phone calls we still haven't received it. Each time we call they tell me that it's UPS's fault and are unwilling to replace or refund.
1 star is far too high for this company.
Be vary wary when buying from them.
Wacom is Best Graphics Tablet - Multimedia kingdom
I am a professional digital artist from 7 years. Now I am using a Wacom Graphics tablet. Really It's a wonderful art device. Its Professional, reliable, comfortable, USB interface and easy to use.
I am totally happy now. Thanks, Wacom
