Affordable, speedy service, excellent customer service

The owner was amazingly helpful.
Even though he could not do the job him self ,he
would give me a telephone number who could.

I found this company after conducting extensive online research. Their professionalism, honesty, expertise and helpfulness came as a breath of fresh air! Just as significantly, their fees compared to other companies offering the same services were way cheaper! I can't speak highly enough about this company. I would definitely recommend them and I will absolutely use them again, if needs be.

As a small business owner who provides wedding favours and stationary, I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the exceptional service I receive every time from W A Hutton. From the moment I contact them, their team was incredibly helpful and prompt with their responses. Ian and his team went above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs were met and that I was completely satisfied with their services.

Ian's team's knowledge and expertise were unparalleled and they were able to provide expert guidance and advice on my printer ( ineo+ 224). Martin is able to address all of my concerns with amazing patience and understanding on the phone call even when i have no idea what i am talking about, i usually describe the issue and Martin understand completely and promptly arranges an engineer that day to come out to me, some time same day, some time the day later unless i request a certain day. Graham (the engineer) who came out to me today and has been out to my business on a number on occasions for my refurbished Printer has solved each problem from the simplest error code to the complex printing errors. He has also made sure my printer setting on my laptop was correct for the printer and the product i print. (i never touch the setting in case i mess something up but have been shown how to change the size and thickness when i alternate from paper to cardstock)
When Graham arrives i'm met with the friendliest attitude, and whilst i work we have the most splendid conversations and we can easily work and have a laugh at the same time as he is fixing my printer and Im working. I can confidently say i can leave Graham in my studio if i need pop back to my house and know everything is in safe hands. W A Hutton have never tried to upsell anything to me and are truly honest about fixing my printer. I know they are like me with my attitude to anything broken. 'If it is broken, it can be fixed, no need to replace and add more junk to the environment and if its not fixable its now a challenge' :)

Their customer service was and always is truly exceptional, and they all make me feel like a valued customer throughout the entire process from the phone call to the call out. I truly appreciated their fantastic expertise and helpfulness as it made the whole experience so much more enjoyable when im faced with a problem. I know they can and always will help no matter what.

I would highly recommend W A Hutton to anyone looking for top-notch service in any printer services from buying refurbished to fixing any problems and they outstanding customer experience from start to finish. They are simply the best company to work with to service my printer and i can honestly say they have a customer for life with me.
