NO stars, absolute rubbish.

Opened a multi pack of Walker's cheese and onion baked....no flavour whatsoever, dated August.
Tried Walker's cheese and onion...no flavour in these either but these have the bonus of black bits which are inedible, also dated August.
Phoned to complain, don't know where their call centre is, I explained it wasn't her that I was personally having a go at but the product. A lot of awkward silence on the call, she must have taken exception to my complaint, I had barcodes etc, to hand. I had to remind the customer services operator of her manners when dealing with members of the public, i.e., please and thank you!
I will accept the free vouchers and then will not be purchasing any more Walker's products as they are absolute rubbish, so is their customer service call centre.

I was hoping to put a picture up, Shame really, a picture speaks a thousand words!
Although it was mostly of an empty packet, barely any crisps in the 22g packet! I vowed not to buy walkers from previous experience, a lapse of judgment cost me again!

Barely any crisps in the packet, and at a £1 a pack, that’s ridiculous! Another American takeover, another American balls up. The yanks are literally draining the life out of our food, and hiking the prices to do so. The Government should be stepping in, and demanding a return to quality and price.

Used to be good but they are hit and miss now only a few bags actually have any flavour,also multi bags you have a chance that at least one bag are off

Just fancied a bag of salt and vinegar square crisps, but just found another product ruined, they went in the bin, they were that awful. Not square, they were all wafer thin, bent, broke and the taste was not appealing. Fed up of everything going this way, would not trust any walkers product now, yet another brand relegated to modern slop i would not entertain.

After Walkers came up with the new Bangers and Mash flavoured crisps did anybody at Walkers actually taste them or smell them?
The most fowl smelling and awful tasting crisps I’ve ever had the misfortune to consume!

Your cheese and onion square have been on the mounjaro a see the price hasn’t but

Smokey Bacon packet’s gone brown now… so apparently bacon is beef these days 🤣🤠🤷

Absolute tragedy what they’ve done to these. The flavour’s so faint it tastes like the seasoning and crisps were manufactured in completely different countries and only introduced over Teams. Same snap, sure — but the actual taste has vanished into thin air along with the bright packet colours.

Feels like another classic British crisp bought out, focus-grouped to death, then engineered down to the cheapest possible version while some executive celebrates “streamlined flavour efficiency” in a grey office somewhere.

Honestly tastes like someone whispered “smokey bacon” at a plain ready salted crisp from across the room.

Meanwhile M&S have quietly turned up with better flavour, same crunch, and barely any difference in price. Walkers charging nostalgia tax at this point.

Walkers crisps are now tasteless, unfortunately I’ll be buying other brands which seem to be far tastier than walkers!!
What a shame!!!!.

Tried to get my FIFA World Cup voucher that I won from multipack of 6 crisps but you only had 30 minutes to redeem it if you had revealed it at Tesco. So I tried to print it so I could use it somewhere else and it wouldn't print & said that I had already used it, what a con job.

Absolutely Feb up of trying to find good points with these specific walkers crisp, despite the no point 25g bag of crisp, For lovers the lack of crispness and quality and beyond poor quality ……are these picked up from the floor?….. 🥴do better I want crisper crisp with less breakage …… try Pipers they seem to have got a crisp texture right 😘

Discusting how they keep lowering the amount of crisps portion in every packet every time you buy a packet it gets lower and lower all the way done they shouldn't be aloud to do that

Walkers ready salted crisps are foul, what do they fry them in, what temperature and what awful potatoes! Yuk I will never buy again!

Every crisp had brown or gray parts. This was from one small bag from a pack of 6.

Gave one star as unfortunately I can't give less. Been eating Walkers since the 80s. Today's iteration bears no resemblance to lovely crisps they once were. Thick dry and tasteless. What they've done to smoky bacon is criminal. I won't be buying anymore.

Wouldn’t recommend I am golden wonder there still a proper flavoured crips and you actually get some in a packet there cheese and onion on two heavily buttered slices of bread are on another level

Walkers did't hike any staff and management salary apart from Payroll genious
Like me lot of rwliable and hard working staff terminated in the name of Redundancy
I dont know why Mr. SHABIR MAJID intrested in just a payroll assistant
Tje company senior leadership team and other stake holders must think about the STAFFING issues

I recently purchased a 6-pack of cheese and onion crisps from Walker’s, and the experience was extremely disappointing. One of the packets contained barely 4–5 crisps, which is already unacceptable. What made it worse, however, was finding a strange object inside that looked like a chicken nugget.

It was genuinely unpleasant and quite off-putting. As a regular customer, I expect a certain level of quality and hygiene, and this fell far below that standard. I hope this issue is taken seriously and investigated, as it raises concerns about quality control and food safety.I have video but not sure where to post..
