I can honestly say this was one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. Before ordering, questions were answered promptly by Tim . Received the classic double package and had a phone call to say which day and time it would be delivered. The driver carried all the boxes into our requested room and was very friendly. Before departure he advised us to watch the video before putting the frame and cabinet together. Also saying if we had any problems don't hesitate to ring.
Husband managed to build on his own without any problems.
We are so pleased with the end result as it gives us the multi function room we wanted. Second lounge come bedroom without taking up much space.
Bed has been slept on and a very comfortable nights sleep was had.

It was easy to order, lots of contact to let me when it would arrive. Delivery was prompt and they carried it up my stairs for me. There is a useful video on line to show how to fasten bed down. I am using it in my spare room so I can make more use of the space when I don’t have visitors. My visitors have used it and thought it great.

Brilliant Company, had the wall bed since 2017, easy to install and terrific for studio apartment, had mine built inside cupboard. Would highly recommend, the aftercare service is really good as well. I would definitely purchase from this company again! Highly recommend.

It is a good product.
EXPLAINATIONS & TIPS:The price-quality ratio is medium plus because it is quite expensive. I mean i have paid 1000 euros for the product wich if fine but quite simple. To be realistic it is just iron bars and pipes not any gold or sophisticated electronic equipment.
so i was a little bit disapointed because the finishing is not as I expected for 1000 euros.
- First there is some play because of assembly of several iron pipe to make the final structure (I give you the tip: i've fixed it by puting any self-drilling screw to make it rigid).
- Secondly, don't screw strongly the bolt and nut because i've had the bad experience with a bad quality thread.
- Thirdly put gloves when you install the wood slats of the bed because they are not well planed and so there are some splinters wich usually never happen. It is a lack of planing and varnishind).
Otherwise the lifting system works very fine even with an easy and thick mattress no worry.
- And four, depending on the type of mattress you choose, the iron bars who block it when it is vertical can damage it (we have a Emma mattress wich is made with several coats of different material). We put a plank to solve the problem.
I've bought the classic version wich is naked. Let me give you a tip to customize it: instead of heavy and expensive wood to decorate and hide the bed base, we have put a fine fabrik. I was afraid covering with wood make maybe harder to lift it with the weight.
Something to think is the big gap between the bed and the wall when you pull it down. So there is a hole and the pillow fall inside. You have to "close" this gap by yourself by making a board in two parts. One one the frame, one one the wall. Otherwise you cannot sit down against the wall to read in your bed for example.
Just to sum up, don't expect a fine finishing or "high" quality. If you want that you have to DIY a little and it will be perfect.
Finaly it is a quite good product, easy to install. Go ahead.

We made a mistake with the sizing on our original order which we didn't realise for several days. I called outside of office hours but even though I didn't leave a message I got a callback early the following day, despite it being Good Friday. Tim cancelled the order without quibble. I called later in the day to order a horizontal pull out bed and Tim was extremely helpful. Couldn't fault the service. I'm sure the bed will be the same quality.

Great customer service and follow up

I was really impressed with the customer service at this company, quite apart from the brilliant double wall bed we purchased from them which has transformed my office into a spacious, versatile place where visitors can stay in a really comfortable bed that can be hidden away between visits so that I can join Teams meetings and Zoom calls for my business from a room that really looks like my office (because it is!) and without the embarrassment of a bed in the background. The installation went smoothly and the mechanism is very strong so it made me confident in the longevity of what we had purchased. I’m really happy with it, it’s easy to pull down the bed when visitors come and equally easy to stow it away when they leave and it looks exactly the same as it did the day it arrived (over a year ago)- can’t really ask for more!

Highly recommended. What a great first class company, not sure I’ve ever met such quick, respectful, responsive customer service. Certainly not the norm these days. They happily postponed delivery for a week as I had guests when they first wanted to deliver.
I had a bit of difficulty assembling (on the whole it’s straightforward and the video is great), Tim was immediately on the case when I used the web chat, giving useful info. After I still needed help, 2 guys appeared a day or so later and finished the job for me. They were so professional, respectful and helpful.
Extremely pleased with my Studio wall bed from Wallbedking. It’s easy to use, up and down is straightforward and simple - and it’s comfortable.

I love the bed that I have purchased. Delivery was also great, I did receive the bed much earlier of the due date.

We purchased a King Vertical Wall Bed and mattress five years ago. We were really impressed with the product and the customer support. The bed is still really comfortable. We moved house recently and couldn't remember how to reassemble the bed, so we contacted the company. We got an immediate response and Tim could not have been more helpful.

We love this space saving design, it fits perfecting in our office making it functional and then we are able to have guest stay in a kingsize bed also! Works great! Super pleased.

I purchased the classic single vertical wall bed and am very pleased with it.
Easy to assemble and works perfectly with my Tempur mattress which is heavier than a sprung mattress. In use every day and is so easy to pull down and put away. Great customer service from Tim who called me not long after placing the order to confirm details. I collected from the warehouse and they loaded it into my car for me. Would highly recommend.

We recently purchased a Wall Bed King bed to replace a new sofa bed. The sofa bed was the most uncomfortable bed anyone has every slept on and it took up a lot of room. We bought a studio Double Vertical wall bed and we are delighted. It came with clear instructions and was easily assembled. The bed is sturdy, folds away neatly when not in use, and we can now make the most of the room when family are not visiting us. This bed also gave us the freedom to fit a mattress that suited our needs, ensuring a good night’s sleep. We are delighted with our purchase. Super fast delivery too and great Customer Care.

I wanted to be able to use the floor space in my guest bedroom, so I purchased the Classic fold-down double bed frame. I was pleased with how quickly it was delivered and was surprised by how small the box was, albeit very heavy (there's a lot of steel). After thinking about it for a few weeks, I finally got round to assembling and installing it. It is well designed and made from quality material. The steel used is substantial, no flimsy stuff, so I don't expect it to wear out any time soon. There are three springs to hold the frame in the up position and they are strong enough to lift the frame without the mattress but, once the mattress is in place, it stays down. This makes for ease of operation.
When in use, there is a gap between the head of the mattress and the wall that the pillows can fall into. This gap has to be there to allow the mattress to fold away but I believe that the manufacturer also makes a folding headboard to eliminate this problem, so I'm going to get one. It does mean that the foot of the bed protrudes into the room a little more than a normal bed would (about 10").
It does need to be very securely fitted to a substantial wall or floor, it cannot be fitted to plasterboard. The fixings would need to go into the wall studs or floor joists.
I'm happy with the bed and would recommend it.

The company always kept in touch with me, before delivering. The product is very good, any small issues I made them aware, which they were appreciative of. The bed is used almost daily and put away daily, as it's in my wife salon. Her customers often comment on how tidy it looks. Happy with the product.
