Very good customer service. Spoke on the phone to confirm our needs could be met. Item arrived in time and was 100% expected and well packaged. Easy to assemble and has been used often with no issues. Bed is strong and mechanism seems very well made. I would recommend to friends and family with no doubt that they would be equally happy.

The team was excellent at helping me choose the right product and were flexible to meet my delivery needs. They did all we agreed along the way making it a completely hassle free experience - good after service call. Main person I dealt with was Tim 😊

I bought a king size wall bed from here which was an achievement in itself and they are hard to come by.
The communication from order to the minute of delivery was impeccable! Checking a time that suits, if I would be there and if I needed it carried upstairs. (it's very heavy packaged)
The video provided in the order email to help erect the wall bed is fabulous, so easy to follow. There are no paper instructions so make sure to follow the link or look on their website, I found it there too!
Putting it together was easy, it was done very quickly. It's super light to lift and easy to pull down. I am honestly surprised by how sturdy it is. It is honestly no different to having a proper bed. Could recommend this enough if like me you want multi use spaces!

We and our guests have been very happy with our wall bed purchase. We invested in making sure the mattress was a high standard and that has been an excellent decision. Our spare room is now an alternating guest room and exercise studio which was an additional bonus during lockdown.

We bought a wall bed unit recently which has been used on several occasions by our daughters and other friends. They have found it to be very comfortable.
It was quite simple to install and very easy to operate.
Service and delivery was prompt and efficient and we would happily recommend this unit.

We bought a Classic King Vertical Wall Bed with King Supreme Mattress. It arrived on time with excellent communication regarding delivery. The product has clear instructions for the installation, its mechanism works perfectly and is very comfortable. A great way to save space without compromising comfort.

I spent a while researching the various wall-beds available online and found myself frequently returning to WallBedKing because of the excellent instructional installation videos they have on their website. In the end I settled on buying my first wall-bed through their website and couldn’t be happier. The Studio product was delivered on the promised date in easy-to-handle packaging, everything was well protected, and the instructions were perfect for guiding us through the construction process. I now have a combined office space and spare room for when friends/family come to stay! Would definitely deal with this company again - an excellent product and great customer service.

After staying in a friends house on their wallbed, we bought the King Size Classic wall bed for our spare room. We are so delighted with it. Its sturdy and safe and feels nothing like a temporary bed. I'd highly recommend it.

I can't praise this company enough. Bought a kingsize wallbed for our spare room. It's perfect, easy to install, really clear instructions and excellent service. We followed up our order with a second purchase of the cupboard to house the bed. All our question prior to purchase were answered promptly, the cupboard arrived quickly and was again, really easy to install. It's not just the product that's great - it's the people. Emails answered quickly, phone call responded too, voicemails left clearly. A breath of fresh air in a world where customer service seems to have been forgotten. Brilliant!

I bought the studio king sized bed for my guest bedroom. I'm very happy with the product. Delivery was prompt, with the bed coming on time and delivered by Wall bed king themselves.The bed is made of sturdy materials and feels very robust. Installation was straight forward and I would recommend the product.

Excellent product and excellent customer service. I bought a wall bed unit from WallBedKing some time ago along with the cabinet. It's ideal for my studio flat as I can easily fold away my comfortable bed and turn my studio room into purely living space in the daytime. The mechanism is robust, durable and very easy to use. Customer service is also excellent. I had a query recently regarding moving the unit and they responded very quickly with helpful advice about moving and reinstalling the wall bed.

The bed is brilliant, works exactly as it is supposed to! Perfect for our Granny Annex. We got the fully Welded version and this is very solid.

We found the wallbedking after trying to find a solution for a office/ spare room, wanting to make the best use of the space. We loved the range of sizes and options available and that we could choose our own mattress making the bed really comfy for visitors. The bed was easy to install, sits securely against the wall but is easy to pull down a n seconds. Stylish, great for small rooms to offer flexibility. Highly recommend and great customer service.

Just love this product. We purchased the Studio king size for a guest bedroom. It's brilliant - it means we can use the room and all the floor space when we don't have guests (which is most of the year!). The company were straightforward to deal with. Delivery was on time and nice delivery chaps. Construction was pretty simple if you have basic DIY skills. Overall we are very pleased. Phil and Deb

Excellent customer service through ordering and delivery. The bed itself was simple to install (says my husband). It's a good piece of design and is robust, strong and well made, and is easy to get up and down. It takes up very little space & has made our spare room into a room which can be turned into a bedroom in seconds but can be used for something else. We just bought the frame and are going to cover it with a curtain. We are very happy with our purchase and would happily recommend WallBedKing to anyone.

After much research and debate on how best to utilise our spare bedroom as a home office and for the occasional visitor, we found WallBedKing. They were very professional to deal with and delivered when they said. The assembly needed two people due to heavy parts but straight forward to do and solid once completed. Our visitors have been rewarded with a comfortable nights sleep and we would be happy to recommend this bed.

Good quality product and helpful customer service both before and after purchase. Instructions need a bit of intuition but worth persevering. Most importantly, we had a great night's sleep on the studio + supreme mattress.

Bought a classic double wall bed to replace a regular bed in the spare bedroom/home office. Choosing and ordering the bed was easy on the website and it was delivered in a few days. I am very pleased with the quality of the product. It was easy to put together with the instructions and video provided and feels sturdy when installed. Pleased I chose this over a sofa bed as it takes up so much less space when raised and, because you can use any proper mattress you like, so much more comfortable. Would definitely recommend WallBedKing!

I bought a king-size vertical wall bed for my guest room. I fitted an Emma mattress on it, and it fitted nicely (it can support an even deeper and heavier mattress).
The hydraulic jacks are powerful and can easily lift the heavy mattress. In fact so strong that I'm only using 3 of the 4 provided.
The only downside is that it’s pretty tricky to assemble. Parts are very heavy (as they should be for a sturdy product) and difficult to move around.
Also the base has to be fixed to the floor or the wall. If you have skirting board on the wall or if the wall is a stud wall, fixing the base to the wall would require extra steps. Fixing to the floor is the easiest option unless you have underfloor heating.
The assembly is a one-off problem though, after that it’s been doing its job very well (looking stylish, and easy to open and close). In fact, I recommended it to a friend and they bought one too.
