From start to finish the process has been excellent. I found Wallbedking to meet all my requirements and the bed itself is extremely sturdy and well made. The brackets provide a secure attachment to the floor and the wardrobe doors leave the appearance very clean and neat. All in all this solution has saved a poorly designed room by offering us a multi-use space for a very competitive price.

The bed feels really sturdy, we went for the top quality mattress. We wanted to attach a mirror to the bottom of the bed as it is for a yoga studio. Wall Bed King were very helpful, giving us the information we needed to be sure it would all work. It was really easy to put the bed together, it did take some resolving how to ensure it was solidly attached to our crumbly Victorian walls. But a very good product.

I purchased a White Small Double Classic Package complete with Small Double Comfort Mattress on 31st Jan this year. I paid for the express delivery. The order was delivered on 4th Feb.
All items were very well packaged to avoid the risk of damage. Unpacking took quite some time but all items were undamaged and none were missing.
With the help of a friend (definitely a 2 person job) the cabinet and bed were built and fitted. At times the instructions were a little confusing but a quick look at the instruction videos on YouTube soon answered any questions.
The most difficult bits were attaching the bed to the floor and the cabinet to the wall but with the correct tools and fastenings this was achieved. If the wall you are attaching the bed to has a Skirting board it is likely you will need to remove all the board behind the cabinet for the bed to fit.
Once constructed the cabinet looks good and the bed folds out easily.
The mattress is held in place when horizontal with a strap which can be easily removed when in use as a bed.
Following a tip from a previous reviewer I got in touch with Wall Bed King to request an additional strap to allow the bedding to remain on the bed when horizontal. Wall Bed King sent me 2 straps FOC which I consider excellent service.
I have delayed in writing this review as I wanted to experience using the bed. This I have done several times. It is extremely comfortable and with the extra straps it is straight forward to fold away after use and the fold down at night. It is significantly more comfortable than the sofa bed I had previously.
I rarely have visitors staying overnight so the wall bed allows me to have use of much more space in the spare bedroom for most of the year but to also have an extra comfortable bed available when necessary. I am very pleased with my purchase.

I am really pleased with the bed and wardrobe that I ordered. The bed frame feels really sturdy and I’ve used an IKEA mattress with it that works well. The instructions for construction are understandable but I found it helpful to watch the YouTube videos as well. The only feedback I would give to improve the product is to include some cabinet door magnets in the wardrobe kit as the doors are quite heavy and had a tendency to open without them for me so put some on.

Recomended if you are thinking of purchasing a wall bed. I went by the reviews on Trust Pilot and was not disappointed.

Customer service was a great help when trying to accommodate urgent needs for a wall bed. The bed was easy to assemble and is great quality. I wish I could have purchased the box/cupboard to go around it but unfortunately our ceiling is too low. What a relief to be able to use the room properly when no guests are around.

The communication was excellent, particularly on delivery day when there were traffic problems and a flat tyre! The product is of an excellent quality and putting it together ourselves has not been difficult. We would recommend them to anyone - great company!

Customer service and price was excellent and delivery was on schedule. Construction, instructions and installation was really quite simple and the quality of the materials is very high.

The result is a really solid bed that is really easy to use and we'd highly recommend to others.

The wall bed was straight forward to assemble, 99% done by 1 person. We went for the premium mattress which is extremely comfortable. The room the bed is in is used as a study, having the bed vertical leaves a proper area to work in plus having the ability to turn it into a guest bedroom. Great service from Wallbedking and would highly recommend.

We were very pleased with the quality of this bed and the service provided was excellent. The bed was delivered very quickly. We had some queries on how to fit it around a skirting board and they were really helpful giving my husband advice on how best to do this and he was able to fit it easily to the wall. I am very happy with my wall bed, it has allowed us to maximise the use of space in our spare bedroom.

Really good experience. There was good communication and the bed itself is a simple and effective design which is easy to pull down or push up. Paired with a good mattress it had really made a massive difference to our spare room.

Super product delivered quickly this bed had enabled us to use a bedroom as a dressing room but retain that all important spare Bed for when visitors come to stay. A great was to maximize the use of your living space at a reasonable cost

Bought the bed after much searching on the internet for a suitable pull down bed. Chose WallBedKing due to the good reviews and price offer, though it wasn't the cheapest available, it looked very good quality for the price.
The bed arrived quicker than expected and was very easy to put together and fit. Where I had queries I needed to clarify, there were installation videos to watch.
The bed is very well made and I'm very pleased with it and with WallBedKing for a great product and great customer service.
Only issue was my husband mansplaining why my drill wouldn't be up to drilling in the wall (it was).

Not only do I highly recommend the product but the customer service from buying to dealing with the problem has been second to non!! I bought a classic 2 years ago which has been brill. Unfortunately it started having problems so I contacted wallbed king. The customer service has been fantastic. Tim who has delt with everything has been very quick in responding to emails and phone calls and keeping me fully updated. The issue was quickly and easily resolved and a new replacement was delivered by two very polite and efficient wallbed king employees. Thank you wallbed king

After a few minor issues with anchoring the bed properly to my old walls I've been extremely happy with the vertical studio double bed. It looks reasonably sleek for the price, and ensures that day to day I can maintain open space in my office, but convert quickly and easily to a guest bed for visitors.

Once ordered (the unit, a double size frame and cupboard) was delivered on time and efficiently. The frame and cupboard were easy to fit with simple DIY skills, and the combined unit now allows us to use the bedroom with the bed when required and our fitness equipment when the bed is stored away.

Excellent service all round ordered the bed yesterday (17th Feb.) and was delivered this morning . it only took a couple of hours to put together and was very easy to do. A second pair of hands is advisable especially when attaching the bed frame to the base but all in all very easy to construct, if you get stuck watch the very helpful construction videos on there site. lastly the quality is excellent and am looking forward to sleeping on it tonight

We bought the vertical double studio bed and a double supreme mattress and are very happy with it. It did take a bit of work to install it properly, but it now goes up and down without any problem, and our guests tell us it is very comfortable. It's a perfect way of giving us back space in the room when the bed is not in use.

We bought the 135cm bed frame only as part of a custom build installation using IKEA sliding door wardrobes to conceal the bed. The frame came with dimensional drawings which gave us the correct sizing (but could have been more technical for our purposes) was fairly easy to assemble using the instructions supplied (again, instructions might have been clearer). Bed is well made and lowers and raises with minimal effort on its gas springs. Recommended if you want bare frame to adapt to your own purposes. A good buy.
