From start to finish this company were amazing. They were easy to communicate with and without being 'pushy' helped me at every stage of my purchase. They have different patterns of paper from those available in the UK and their samples arrived from Germany before some that were ordered in my home country (Scotland). Quality of the paper is great and when I get it onto the wall - a little while to go yet, I'll post pictures on their website. I'm designing an art deco bedroom.. Watch this space. Great Communication, fast delivery from Germany and stocked wallpaper that i struggled to get in the UK. Very happy and recommend highly.

Had been searching for a specific wallpaper for a client for a long time and found it here. Ordered a sample to Canada and experienced significant delay (two months). I reached out to customer service and they told me it was Canada post and that I could cancel the sample order and try again with another postage service. This was totally understandable! The next day the sample arrived. I sent customer service a message to let them know the sample was beautiful and the owners loved it. They then told me they will no longer ship to Canada because “we simply give up with Canada”…I now have to tell my client who waited months for her dream wallpaper that we can no longer get it. So unfortunate.

I would like to order, but I am shocked at the price for delivery. I have many things delivered to Australia, and a small box of three rolls of wallpaper should not be over $100.00. Can you explain?

great quality, designed that you cannot find similar anywhere else, astounding effect. Really top!
Also I needed two extra rolls and they arrived In much less time than expected despite Christmas time!
The lady who answered from the customer support is super nice. I can just say that this is the best service and quality ever had!

Wonderful product and costumer service. My order arrived promptly despite the company being based in Europe and my living in America. Lovely pattern, clearly well made paper- thick, goes up easy, doesn't easily bend or tear and feels nice under your hands. Unfortunately, two of the rolls had gotten dinged leading to a small wrinkle at the edge- noticeable all along the seam once up on my practice surface. I ordered right around the holidays when I am sure things were hectic, these things happen. I reached via there website and they sent two new rolls in perfect condition that arrived within two days and of the same batch number to ensure there would be no discrepancies with printing color. Will definitely use again.

Writing reviews online is something I don't do often, and when I do is usually to complain. This is the first time I write a positive review about a company I have used because they went above and beyond in their service. I am an absolute newbie when it comes to wallpapers, I had a few installed when we got married but I didn't know where to start. Getting my hands "dirty" with a small renovation project was in my to do list once retired and I followed through. I must have sent 10 emails and photos to those poor souls at customer support and they always answered my questions and helped me through. I cannot recommend them enough.

It's something I rarely do, but I must commend these guys for their incredibly helpful support. I have moved to Berlin for work last summer and with the COVID pandemic getting people to come and do renovation is tricky so my girlfriend and I decided to try to wallpaper our living room ourselves. We found this website on Google and we fell in love with one of their wallpaper. The parcel arrived fast but as we started to put it up we realised we had bitten more than we could chew. Looked for help online but we didn't find the answer to our problems. We then tried to contact the company for help. We speak little German and they politely guided us through the entire process step by step in English! These guys are the embodiment of "good support". I can't thank the champ that had the patience to listen to my pestering. So glad we found them!

Found several wallpapers less thank half the price of ones advertised here!

My husband and I have decided to redecorate the bathroom ourselves as we cannot really get any contractors to come and work in out house due to the COVID restrictions. Browsing online we found a wallpaper we thought it would look great behind our sinks and mirror. We are not really handymen and never installed a wallpaper before so we were quite apprehensive about the whole process. We pestered them with a lot of emails asking for help and with our doubts and they were always extremely helpful. The human experience is the reason I prefer to buy from small companies rather than giant retailers, and I can only say thank you to their guys for helping us getting the wallpaper up right!

We have previously had positive and satisfying experiences with this company, but our latest interaction with them blew our minds and made us decide on NEVER to do any shopping here again whatsoever!!

We ordered a very expensive wallpaper from this company and had a sad sad unlucky misfortune of our wallpaper-hanger turning it upside-down on the walls of our whole bedroom! Yet, the motive wasn't 100 procent easy to tell upside-down, since it was somewhat abstract and furthermore, the wallpaper were actually rolled contrary to logic and common direction, whereby one could think the company would have a fair reason to see their partial responsibility for this misfortune of ours.
At least, we tried to write the company, and described for them our sad situation. The response from the company/Sven Rohleder was chokingly awful, full of an intense tone of condescending ridicule!

I had asked several professionals, within the field, about the comme-il-faut about the rolling of wallpapers; their typical response was that normal custom is upside-up, yet they admitted, that one cannot be certain of this to be the case. Therefore, we admit it was a mistake that our painter did not check twice or ask us beforehand, instead of going by the usual logic of rolling-direction, but Sven frankly and rudely described him as a total id.. for having made the mistake of turning the pattern upside-down!

We were very sad and devastated to have had this misfortunate loss with the wallpapering process of a very expensive wallpaper and the arrogance and condescendence of Sven Rohleder most certainly added to our discomfort. Not only did he shake of any responsibility, he failed to show the slightest touch of understanding and empathy for our loss. His response was on the contrary full of negative exaggerations and sarcasm and intensely intending to ridicule us and our painter/wallpaper-hanger!

After this we will make sure never again to do business with this company "Wallpapers from the 70s" or "Tapeten der 70er", and make sure to advice others to not risk such an unpleasant experience either!
