repurchased same wallpaper but different colour
I repurchased the exact same wallpaper I’d bought before — same design, same colour, exact same numbers on the back — and yet the new rolls are a totally different colour! It’s ridiculous. When I contacted the company, I was refused any help or return because I supposedly “should have messaged the original batch number.” Since when is that the customer’s responsibility? I ordered the same wallpaper with the same product codes — that should be enough!
Now I’m stuck with rolls that don’t match what’s already on my wall. Really poor customer service and no accountability at all. Be very careful ordering from here if you ever need to buy more of the same paper — apparently, matching numbers doesn’t mean matching colours!
£33 down the drain I wouldn’t even bother to order another one now I’d rather start from scratch literally. Attitude from customer service isn’t great either.

We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed, Ell. You did order the correct pattern number, but with wallpaper, the batch number is just as important. Your two orders were placed about a month apart for a very popular design, and by that time, the manufacturer had moved to a new production batch, resulting in a slight colour difference.
This is a well-known aspect of wallpaper production - much like with tiles, fabrics, or paint, colours can vary slightly between batches.
As stated on our website, customers wishing to match an existing wallpaper must let us know the batch number when placing a new order so we can check stock accordingly. Without this information, we have no way of knowing it’s a continuation of a previous purchase.
We do understand how frustrating this can be, but this is not a service issue - simply a normal part of how wallpaper is produced and sold.

I honestly wish there was more stars I could award wallpaper sales !
I have been a customer for many years now and only recently learned it’s a small family business and it speaks for itself . If you want customer care from a business wallpaper sales goes above and beyond to deliver . I had an issue ( through my own fault ) Chantelle literally did everything she could in rectifying the issue and redelivered in a 48 hour slot ! Regualar call updates throughout the process . It’s really great to know there is still businesses in the interior industry who care for there customers .
I wouldn’t order or use another company for wallpaper or accessorys than wallpaper sales ! Exceptional

Excellent service from ordering the wallpaper to returning rolls not required. When I ordered I contacted them by telephone to ask a question and then they took the order over the phone and explained the delivery waiting time and were extremely friendly on the phone.

Great paper great service
Fantastic 2x5 rolls delivered two days after ordering. Very good quality paper. And was able to return 3 unused rolls back for a full refund.

Thoroughly awful company! Misleading and non-existent returns.
Thoroughly awful company! The website is awfully misleading - it suggest that there is a ‘no fuss returns policy’ which is untruthful. I purchased a wallpaper of which there are a few types of. The difference in the pattern is subtle and NOT demonstrated clearly on the website. Furthermore, the pricing of the different types of wallpaper is the same, misleading the customer. As soon as I opened the box, I realised it was the wrong wallpaper. Still wrapped in its original packaging, I called to ask for details of return. The sales assistant said it was fine to return, and I pointed out the subtle details of the pattern. She then looked on their website and realised herself it was different and suddenly told me it was non-refundable and proceeded to hang up on me. This company clearly has had this situation before- see other one-star review. Terrible company - I have lost £150 purely due to misleading images of wallpaper on their website. Clearly they are just concerned with obtaining your money and they really could not care less about any returns. Avoid at all costs! Misleading and non-existent customer service!

The wallpaper you purchased — Mulberry Home Grand Flying Duck Icons (FG102/S108) — is a digitally printed, print-to-order design, supplied directly from Mulberry Home. These wallpapers are produced specifically for each customer and therefore cannot be returned or cancelled once printed.
It appears you were intending to order Mulberry Flying Ducks (FG090/H22), which is a different product in both scale and composition. This is why it is listed separately on our website. When purchasing wallpaper, the pattern or product number is the most important reference, as many designs come in multiple variations that can look similar in online imagery.
The print-to-order status and non-returnable terms are clearly displayed beside the product listing to ensure transparency before purchase.

A few tweaks needed
I've given 3 stars only because when the parcel was delivered it was all undone at one end of the box & you could see the wallpaper before it was undone, think the parcels need to be more securely taped especially as my order was expensive William Morris wallpaper (5 rolls).
I had to wait several weeks for my order as it was out of stock although it never stated this when I ordered it online, I only found out when they emailed me & they said they would contact me when it was back in stock & ready to ship out. This didn't happen & it just turned up out of the blue, good job I was at home when it was delivered.
It wouldn't stop me ordering again as I found their prices were quite good compared to other sites.

No delivery protection
Be advised when buying expensive roles that no protection or wrapping within the delivery box are used to make sure the roll isn't damaged in transit.
Paid over £40 for a single roll and the box was delivered ripped and damaged. Could say it was done in transit or from wholesaler but subjective.
