Sadly I have had a very poor experience…

Sadly I have had a very poor experience with this company and it's customer service. I have always wanted a Mulberry tree and searched online and found walnuttrees.co.uk and contacted them. We agreed and I paid for Kent cobs (for planting ) which were rather sad little nuts, two Mulberry trees (a white and a black) and some wet walnuts for planting (which were never even sent).
When the trees arrived I was shocked at how poor a specimens they were, shorter than expected (even though I had paid £30 for delivery for trees I expected to be 1m plus tall). They were just a few mm wide at the base and thin whispy things. I complained and they sent me another which was even skinnier! (it also trades under kentishcobnuts.com). Out of the three trees he sent one survived (well most of it did), the other two died and as mentioned the walnuts never even arrived.
I tried contacting the owner but he refuses to deal with via email(so I have a trail of what he says) and has told me "We need to speak. Please call me on my landline or give me your number so that I can call you. I do not engage in e mail ping pong I am afraid."
Sadly he still has not replied to last email over a week ago to sort this so I thought I should warn others of this.
