Fireplace tiles update

I can’t recommend this product enough, I used these stick on square tiles to transform my dated fireplace tiles and they were so quick and easy to do. They stuck down no problem over the old tiles and look amazing now complete!

I bought some 3D sticker tiles to go behind our Aga as a splashback. I’m absolutely thrilled with them! They look like real tiles and were so easy to apply! I can’t wait to get more for other projects in the house.

Instant transformation!! I was a bit skeptical with a sticker on a tile, but was pleasantly surprised! Bought a couple packs do try on my utility room first and was amazed how quick and easy they were to apply (it gets easier as you go). I decided to do my kitchen and had a discount for ordering multiple packs. Really pleased with customer service and received with a couple of days. Jury is out on wear and tear and cleaning, hoping they last for a while! If you want a quick change without the mess of hacking off tiles, highly recommend!!

I ordered my tile transfers which was easy to do then waited, the time past so i phoned back up and spoke to someone, they couldn't find my order so they apologised and said my order would be sent out the next day, 2 days after that i received an email saying my order was going to be sent out and i would receive it in 3 to 5 days its well past that and i am still waiting.

My elderly mother received a cuckoo clock from her elderly priest brother last August for her birthday.
The cuckoo chime stopped working and Walplus will not exchange it under warranty because I can only provide the name of my uncle, and the name and address that it was shipped to in Scotland, before it was shipped to Australia.
Elderly people are not good with records, and don't want to be a bother, I can't provide any more information to Walplus but did offer to show a photo for proof of purchase. Maybe improve your own record keeping Walplus.

I ordered and paid on 5th May, today I am still awaiting delivery of my tiles. I phoned last week about my order and was asked , had it still not been delivered, I was then told my package would be delivered either late last week or early this week due to reduced staff working. This I accepted, but surely this should have been a note on the website when ordering, as it claims to use first class postage, when clearly this not the case. A disgruntled customer.

The ‘white metro tiles with grey grout’ tile sticker are definitely not white. They are a light grey. We bought them to put behind our white worktop and the difference was very obvious. The tiles are lovely and have done the job but definitely not the colour that we thought we had ordered.

Love the 'tiles'. It was exactly what I needed to make my kitchen feel more finished and beautiful. They were easy to put up and pretty easy to remove (I ordered a different pack to try the colors but it was not quite right). I do wish samples were available but the images online were pretty true to actual color.
